Just some short runs with JB+ on my 2021 G20 330i. Just remember 0-60s are not the best way to test improvements from a piggyback but will give a little idea of how it’s working. I plan to do 1/4 mile runs soon and testing e85 mixes.

Cant put an exact number on it, but it pulls harder. I would say it will definitely increase your 1/4 mile slightly.

You’ll be fine with jb+. Your next best bet is a flash tune
Throw in some corn juice and then you’ll really see those times improve

@Bananananann Incorrect. B46 is practically the the same as B48 other than some changes to fuel Injectors, cat, etc. Internals are the same and B48 equipped BMW's have the same stock HP as B46's

Now that you had JB+ for couple of months I was wondering what’s your initial thought? Happy you got it? Was it worth it? Thinking about getting one even though I’m still happy the way my 330i performs with all the codings.
Stock times you’re getting, you either got a faulty JB+ or your heat soaked, either way you should be getting 4.6 seconds to 60mph minimum along with 12.8 seconds for the quarter mile with JB+ as your only mod.
Ive been running JB+ at 5o clock, dinan cold air intake and turbo inlet along with extreme racewerks charge pipe. Im able to easily hit 4.1 seconds to 60mph and 12.2 seconds quarter mile no problem.
Also you need to drive for a solid 5 miles before G chassis BMWs engage launch control. Times will be vastly better if you let the engine and transmission warm up evenly.
Thinking about getting this tune. I also have a dinan intake and probably gonna buy a vsrf charge pipe. Im confused on the turbo inlet, doesnt the dinan come with it?
@@skadoosh3564for G20/22 3 and 4 series the inlet and intake are 2 separate part numbers. Its referred as a turbo muffler it connects the air intake assemble to the turbo. For most cars it’s 1 piece. I initially got the dinan air intake and there was no extra sound, once I replaced the stock inlet pipe the sounds from the blowoff valve became stupid loud.

Hey. On my G20 330i xDrive, I’ve tried everything to use launch control but it just doesn’t show the checkered flag in the instrument cluster display. Is there a way to code it in using bimmercode? I also don’t have Sport Plus. (will be coding it in soon)
@@jabreelrana4225 let me know if you figure it out. I’ve coded sport plus. Follow all of the instructions for launch control but still do not get the checkered flag.
man this is a really solid video but a couple things that are really grinding my gears, lets start off with the incorrect launches you must be doing something wrong to be launching a 5.86 0-60 and another thing is why don't you do quarter miles for stock and stage 1 idk it really angers me to not see a good quality vid. you do 2 to 3 min of dragy and the video is you ranting about ur day and how you have dinner in 15 min. im not trying to be rude at all just had to let you know how i feel.
Feel free to express your disappointment but I have to point out one silly thing about your comment: How am I doing something wrong to get a 5.86? Please explain and feel free to you watch the video again since it’s pretty clear I’m using launch control. What time do you think I should be getting? Do you have your own dragy times to support your thesis or are you simply making an uneducated guess? Please upload your times for the rest of us to see and check out my other videos to review my cars most updated times.
Also if you can make a better video I encourage you to do so, I’m sure plenty of others can since I’m obviously no professional. I’m doing this as a free service and if someone doesn’t like it, that’s absolutely fine, you don’t need to continue watching. Or instead keep watching my videos where its mostly me talking and you get about 10 seconds of dragy recording. 😉
Really appreciate the videos man. I think it would be cool if you took the JB+ off and did a few 0-60 pulls to get a stock baseline to compare. I've got a 19' 330i with JB+ & sport plus coded BTW
Will they say anything when you take it to get serviced and notice that it has sport +? I've been wanting to do this.
