Gulf Air was the Boss in the Gulf in the 70s and 80s with their L1011 and 767s. Air India and PIA were big too, before they went bust Kuwait Airways and Saudia were big too. Emirates now RULES !!

Emirates to me is a standard of excellence. While not the best in the world ever, it wants to be number 1 and seeing that feels awesome as a passenger

Pretty sure Emirates has already retired their SkyCargo 747’s
Does emirates not have a cargo fleet anymore? I do remember seeing the skycargo lgoo a while ago, but I don't recall seeing it recently
@@AMalas they do, but the pandemic has caused Emirates to use their 777’s and A380 as freighter planes for carrying vaccines and masks. SkyCargo has dropped quite a lot due to this move by Emirates.

Emirates could offer a fleet of three brand new B787-9 BBJ & five A321-200 Neo LR ACJ exclusively for air charter . . .
Technically, Emirates Sky Cargo never operated any 747Fs. These were operated either by Atlas Air for the "N" registered frames or by TNT Belgium when it came to "OO" registered frames.
Defunct Emirates airlines modern planes: a330-200, a340-300, a340-500, 777-200, 777-200ER, 777-300 and 747-400F.
These are still very modern and used aircraft

I was surprised how there first flight was to my country pakistan and their first plane was pia’s since now pia is not a good airline and Emirates pilots first also got trained from Pakistan!

Can I make what I hope is a constructive criticism? I find your content really interesting however the scripts seem written as though they are written for a website with SEO in mind, not a narration - ie repeating the full model number of the plane whereas in narration you'd mention it once and then just refer to it as "the plane".

The first 777 entered their fleet in 1996, the first A330 in 1999

Emirates will die when oil becomes optional ... something that is happening faster than you’d think. Been to UAE a couple of times, it isn’t worth more than a 3 day visit (Dubai, Abu Dabi, Shaja). They need something more sustainable to keep their economy from drowning.
Tourism. Dubai already has hardly any oil and the city is doing fine.
Oil is only 30% of The UAE GDP and 1% of Dubai’s GDP. The least you can do is search online about the UAE economy and spell the cities correctly.
