Facts. It’s all about bone structure and muscle length/placement. The only thing having a heavy fast twitch fiber composition does for you is makes you stronger/more explosive in proportion to how much muscle mass you have. I have a higher than average fast twitch 1 and 2 composition, and it actually somewhat contradicts what he’s saying here. I don’t look very bulky but I surprise people with how much I lift and can sprint a lot faster than most muscular sprinter body type guys (I’m a college 400/800 runner). Both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle will hypertrophy when trained correctly, and it doesn’t effect size.

Some of it are slight indicators of good genetics for bodybuilding.
If you have capped or broad shoulders, small waist in your teenage years you are going to have a better V taper which is essential for bodybuilding.
If you have a large mass to your frame BEFORE training that means you have more potential for mass. Mass builds more mass.
This is coming from me, a person with well above average genetics as I do Olympic weightlifting and I look like a bodybuilder,I'm a natural sprinter, naturally explosive, broad shoulders+small waist, terrible diet and still making gains long after noobie gains.

I am a 14 year old Indian teenager and i have so much of muscle definition already but on the upper body and my forearms and abs are so hard , even my back also is above average in terms of muscularity that's why I thought I don't need to exercise because I am already strong enough but now I think I have to do in order to make my legs comparable to my upper body ! ,
I inherited these physical features but I am insecure about my legs ,,, they also have good muscle definition but they look smaller ! and my muscle control is just too bad ( talking about my arms only ) and I feel like my lower body is more active and faster and my upper body have more strength but the problem is I don't have muscle control as people normally have and I run so fast but Since my upper body weight is more than my lower body , I can't handle myself while being in full speed so, I always have a fear of falling ! , well I already fell many times 😅 .
pls give your views ( only if you think to help me ) about why my muscle control is so bad at particular areas ? ~ [ * SORRY IF THERE'S A GRAMMATICAL MISTAKE 🙏😅😅 ]
    my height - 5 feet_7 inches

    weight - 51 kg

I’m not gonna lie dude, this video isn’t very good info.
    1) a lot of famous bodybuilders can’t run or won’t run lol and there are much physically harder sports than just track/American football
    2) You can not predict a prepubescent child’s musculature future in the slightest in most instances puberty in males last til around 22
    3) often times slower metabolisms can be better to build muscle because you DONT have to eat as much to gain any kind of weight and you can function off a lower caloric intake.
The real take. It’s not that simple there’s millions of factors to this. Don’t discourage people to boost ur own ego…
Ex: I was 5’10 180 pounds in middle school of pure fat and I hit puberty around 14 and grew 6 inches, gained ~35 more pounds but was really bad at running more than 100 meters. Found out I was really good at swimming any distance at any speed even with how heavy i was, played waterpolo and competed in swimming by this time I was the leanest I’ve ever been at 207. Continued to amateur boxing and got even bigger, but still suck at running more than 100 meters. I’ve been training for almost a decade, don’t spread misinfo

I might have worked out from time to time but I never went all the way. Until I was 13 I suddenly had a little bit of inspiration to workout more often I had 8 workouts I did 3 times everyday. One day I went to my grandparents house and got to visit my dad, and my dad being somewhat of a bodybuilder he would always have a little wrestle with me, but the whole week I was there I didn't workout, so I felt a bit weaker so when I got back home I started working out again doing my usual workouts, but before I went to my grandparents I was developing bicep, shoulder, forearm, and back muscles at a decent amount I was definitely seeing results but I didn't really know about taking break days for better results and I was all natural without a diet so I didn't get great results but it was results. When I got home I was a little rusty but I remembered my workouts and somewhat of a schedule but a week back at my house I got sick, really sick my throat was sore, my muscles were sore, and I coughed daily but I think I was hitting puberty while I was sick mostly because while I was sick I was developing a voice deeper than batman's and I grew 3 inches taller in 2 weeks but I was sick for 3 weeks and I felt hot, my body was on fire I sneezed and stayed in bed daily, but when I was healthy again I was really rusty, barely remembering my workouts and 1 week later...
