Combat Mission Final Blitzkrieg is one of a series of realistic tactical combat simulations from www.battlefront.com. A wide variety of settings are available from world war 2 (Normandy, Market Garden, Sicily, Italy and the Eastern Front) to modern day fictional conflicts in Syria (Shock Force) and Ukraine (Black Sea) Игры
big respect that you have not lost against such a strong opponent
really enjoyed the high quality AAR its a nice change to see some CM vs a thinking breathing opponent
In general I do like CM matches against a human opponent. The established community at The Few Good Men has a good player base. I probably have a 50/50 completion rate, sadly when an opponent realises they are losing the turn rate drops or disappears. Versus the AI that doesn't happen, but a human opponent is much more challenging
Very atmospheric fight! I don't think you have to worry. The smoke clouds wisping through slightly foggy Ardennes forest as your grenadiers sporadically trim the underbrush with their MP44s was a nice touch.
You're right that it does look very atmospheric. But, this is one of the battles from Final Blitzkrieg that isn't set in the Ardennes. It takes place in late November in the Hurtgenwald in Germany.
Another great battle!
Very well made!
Thanks for the positive comment. I hope you enjoy the other videos
I enjoyed playing this, I think it is a great map. And as usual you've produced another top notch video.
I have always wonders, you quick move your infantry alot, are you not worried about them being tired? or is quick move just better then the normal move command even with fatigue?
I use several different techniques to mitigate the fatigue whilst also trying to maximise spotting when quick moving. I'm conscious that fatigued soldiers are considerably less effective, so you'll often get a glimpse of a group move and then pause to hold. In the video the editing skips much of the slower movement to help condense the video time. Managing your soldiers fatigue is important
Great movie ! I'm impressed. What is your computer specification ?
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I run an i7 laptop with 25GB memory and a Nvidia GTX1070. It's way over spec'd for Combat Mission.
@@MrSirDouble Thank you.
Great video.
What mods do you use ?
Glad you enjoyed the video. I use HQS 3.3 and Aris Terrain mods. Both can be found here cmmodsiii.greenasjade.net/
I have a custom background mod that removes the constant artillery fire from the background
I'm glad you were penalised for exposing your Company HQ, its a C2 node, not a manoeuvre element after all. :)
