Facts
You the GOAT. No one is doing it like you. Your shots are fire and you teach. Thank you!
@@ankh-lyfe much love fam I appreciate you
Absolutely Fantastic Work Brother! Beginner Photographer here from LV, NV. Much Love. Definitely got my Sub
@@conductorquackers much love
Shawty fine af sir! The 35mm f1.2 is tres bien 👌 though I'd love to see them handle the same location and lighting especially that park with all the extra detail. Ofcourse the exposure and et cetera would have to be near evened out but it's half the fun!
Great shoot as always Brandon! Britney was great and I really appreciate the teaching tips that go into every video. You inspired me to go get a Sigma 35mm F/1.4 lens with all of your shoots using the 35. I cannot wait for it to get here next week.
Thats awesome brother. You will love it !
B, really like the photos by the water with the sunset in the background.
@@alonzab_photography thank u
Fantastic work! Definitely need that rig setup too, never seen anything like it
:). You probably wont see this setup LOl. I definitely build mine in a way I can capture my sensor and provide an alternate view
Solid work!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Great images man. Like the look of the 85mm - Unless the background is very scenic then 35mm.
You killed that branch 😂😂😂
@@jbmedia8882 lmaooo
how are you attaching the atoms in that position?
Bro that light with no assistant by the water I was 😳 the whole time. I lost a light like that a couple of years ago. I saw it swim away from me. 😂😂😂
Amazing shot man!!!! Congratulations from Italy
35mm in the location it was in was better. The 85mm was great but the location was ehhh it would have been nice to see both lenses at the same locations to make a better comparison
Dopeness & a keyword she said at minute marker 6:05, she says “i love your direction”. Engaging with & during helps alot 💯💯💯🚀
Always engage
Debating between a 24-70mm or 85mm . I have interest in portrait photography and also street photography, would 85 be more worth it for more bokeh or 24-70 for versatility?
Good video
Lens are just tools as we know.
The 35 is an amazing lens and that 85 art is no joke
I do mostly high school seniors I tend to use an RF 24-105 and the RF 70 - 200 2.8
A food model will spoil you
High school seniors are a lot of work
Indeed and very aware. I do a lot of senior and graduation portaits. I actually like using the 50mm 1.2. I like a little in the background but a little more focus on the student.
Love the work... something else you can teach models is to "move with the flow". Stop waiting for the next flash and keep moving around and let the body fall into place, the photography will snap the shot. But bruh, her and that tree branch! lol Keep them from going back to their "comfort zone" because they will fall back and stay on one look, one pose(you already know just saying sorry lol). I used to teach models this everyday about getting the shots and not worried about WHEN it's gotten!
Beautiful work
Thank you!
Awesome work as always brother. I’m an 85mm shooter. Very seldom I pull out my 35mm. But I may change that this summer for sure. By the way what’s the arm that you use to connect your Atomos to your camera?
Magic Arm. For outside, the 35 is a must. The point of telling a story in a portrait is how you capture it and capturing the environment helps sell the portrait and whats a better lens to help capture the environment then the 35.
@@BrandonColePhotography I will definitely give it a try.
that 35mm !!!
IKR
Whats the piece thats holding your external monitor to your camera underneath. great video btw!!!
Magic arm
Hey Brandon I have a question. When doing photo shoots for clients what is a standard number of photos to give the clients?
I normally give my models 20-40 depending on the shoot
For full body I prefer 35mm , F/1.4 is enough you don't need f/1.2
Love this shoot. Question about your Atomos. When you hit the shutter button does your Atomos stop recording and then restart upon recomposing and focusing?
No the shutter has no effect on the atomos
@@BrandonColePhotography thank you for replying. I was asking because when I use my atomos and take a picture, it stops recording and then restarts once I refocus and start composing again.
Enjoyed!!
Thank you
scottie pippen daughter hahhhha
What’s the thing/extension under the camera attached to your monitor. What is it called?
Magic arm
@@BrandonColePhotography thanks
Bru I need a 1 on 1, mentorship, zoom call 📱 something. Do you do any of these?
Yes sir. Daily. You can pick your date and time from my website www.brandoncolephotos.com

Brandon what was the flash power of your strobe?
I think around 1/16-1/8
I think I'm leaning to the 85mm
Its a beast
i like 135mm 1.8 :D
Yea for like 4 shots. not an entire photoshoot LOL
@@BrandonColePhotography thats you, not me ;)
That location would have been great for non flash portraits.
