No, I use flexible spot. When you shoot with your model's back to the sun and you highlight the shadow area, unless you are using the modeling lamp or something to light your model face, the camera will have a hard time focusing on the model and eye because its really dark so sometimes I use flexible spot in order to move my focus where I want when it can't see the model .
i see you tested a grain plugin. dont use it again. i hate noise on images and video. i like your work cause its clean. this grain looks like phone vides. its gross. but the images in the video is beautiful. keep it up mate

With the xplor being so close, why wasn’t her face bright from flash. Was it because the shutter was set 1/8000 and 1/6400 ?
