    Here is a general warm-up sequence that you can do either when waking up or before doing physical activity that requires lots of different movements.
    These exercises may seem very simple, bit please do not under estimate the importance of these different movements, especially if you are prone to injury!
    Below is the activation/warm-up list:
    Perform each movement for 30-60s increasing the speed as you get more proficient at the exercise.
    Make sure you can feel, and have sensation of, the correct muscles for each exercise. This is very important!
    W1: Foot Pronation and Supination
    W2: Foot Dorsiflexion and Plantar-flexion
    W3: Hip Internal and External Rotation
    W4: Trunk Rotation
    W5: Trunk Flexion and Extension
    W6: Trunk Side Bend
    W7: Scapular Elevation and Depression
    W8: Scapular Retraction and Protraction
    W9: Humeral Adduction and Abduction
    W10: Elbow Flexion and Extension
    W11: Elbow Pronation and Supination
