      Most people don't care who live in tornado alley. If they did, they would have voted wisely over the last several decades for candidates who wanted to have every resident living in homes that used Insulated Concrete Forms, which can withstand wind speeds up to 200mph. But I suppose they enjoy the death and destruction, constant rebuilding, and making their politicians and insurance companies very rich, while helping to drag our national debt further into the red. Oh well.

Muttering verbal incantations (literally), to an invisible being does nothing but make the prayer author feel better. If God were going to do something to begin with He wouldn't have allowed the death & destruction now would He? God is like the police. Always shows up AFTERWARDS. Only vote for politicians who are willing to pass legislation that ALL new builds are made with Insulated Concrete Forms of the entire home, and not just for a safe room. • @TheRivrPrncess
      @TheRivrPrncess Год назад +7

      I'll be highly surprised if the rating is upgraded to an EF-5. The new scale's description of an EF-5 sounds like every scape of debris is to be going(like in Jerrell tornado), but not all EF-5 tornadoes take every scrap of debris away. The scale needs improving. There have been far too many tornadoes rated EF-4 or high-end EF-4's that should have been rated an EF-5.

    • @dannyllerenatv8635
      @dannyllerenatv8635 Год назад +2

      @@TheRivrPrncess Ever since the Joplin tornado exposed the flaws with the current EF scale, they have been working to improve the EF scale and add more DIs. The NWS surveyors themselves dislike the current scale and call out how flawed it is all the time. One of the current surveyors who is a 28-year NWS veteran has called the damage "the worst he's ever seen". Unfortunately, for now, they don't have much of a choice. I say this one could potentially get bumped up because there was very severe damage done to a well-built industrial building, a car tossed a significant distance into the air, and some homes were slabbed clean. There is A LOT of wind-rowed debris as well. The construction quality and building codes of those homes will determine whether it's EF4 or EF5.

    • @wadewilson8011
      @wadewilson8011 Год назад

      @@dannyllerenatv8635 actually Joplin was correctly rated an EF5. A correct rating isn't going to expose flaws. An incorrect rating will do that.
      And the TRUE tornado that exposes those flaws was El Reno of May 31, 2013. When you have a DOW on scene that captured windspeeds at approximately 295-301 mph, yet the tornado is rated an EF3 because it didn't hit a populated area....that's an incredible flaw.
      I see vehicles in the wreckage of this video, and noticed that they look exactly like the Chevy Cobalt Tim Samaras and his crew were killed in that day.
      I do agree that the enhanced Fujita scale is flawed. And El Reno as well as Rolling Folk are good examples why.

    • @dannyllerenatv8635
      @dannyllerenatv8635 Год назад +1

      @@wadewilson8011 Yes Joplin was correctly rated an EF5, even if non-conventional DI's were used. It was immensely powerful and large. There is still more to survey on Rolling Fork so who knows, but Mayfield and 13 El-Reno should've been an EF5 I agree.

    • @AlaskaB83
      @AlaskaB83 Год назад +1

      I agree this tornado's damage is horrifying and I'm not a trained damage surveyor, but this doesnt look worse that 2011 Tuscaloosa or other similar EF4s. People act like EF4 is a weak tornado, no it's a total monster capable of destroying entire towns and ruining lives. I think room should be left at the top for tornadoes like 1997 Jarrell or 2011 Smithville that display damage far beyond this. Or if this and 2021 Mayfield are EF5 then maybe the new enhanced enhanced fujita scale should include an EF6 rating for extreme upper echelon tornadoes like Jarrell and Smithville

      You don't understand how the rating process works. The EF scale is engineering-based. The only real difference between an EF4 and an EF5 is construction quality, and this is a poor region the deep south where building codes are weak. Even if every house in the town was reduced to a bare slab, if it doesn't meet the engineering criteria for EF5, it gets defaulted to EF4.

    Different parts of this country have different potential natural disasters. Eastern 2/3rds includes tornados and hurricanes. Western 1/3 includes earthquakes and volcanos so most have some threat. Sorry to see this one for sure and hope they receive the help they deserve.

    This tornado, which ripped through rural Mississippi on the night of March 24, left 25 people dead in Mississippi, and dozens injured. Rescue workers hauled people from rubble throughout the next day. This was a community where most people had little to begin with, and now they face a very uncertain future. They deserve our assistance.

    [5:109]
    In the day when Allah gathereth together the messengers, and saith: What was your response (from mankind) ? they say: We have no knowledge. Lo! Thou, only Thou art the Knower of Things Hidden,
    [5:110]
    When Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favour unto thee and unto thy mother; how I strengthened thee with the holy Spirit, so that thou spakest unto mankind in the cradle as in maturity; and how I taught thee the Scripture and Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and how thou didst shape of clay as it were the likeness of a bird by My permission, and didst blow upon it and it was a bird by My permission, and thou didst heal him who was born blind and the leper by My permission; and how thou didst raise the dead by My permission; and how I restrained the Children of Israel from (harming) thee when thou camest unto them with clear proofs, and those of them who disbelieved exclaimed: This is naught else than mere magic;
    [5:111]
    And when I inspired the disciples, (saying): Believe in Me and in My messenger, they said: We believe. Bear witness that we have surrendered (unto Thee) "we are muslims".
    [5:112]
    When the disciples said: O Jesus, son of Mary! Is thy Lord able to send down for us a table spread with food from heaven ? He said: Observe your duty to Allah, if ye are true believers.
    [5:113]
    (They said:) We wish to eat thereof, that we may satisfy our hearts and know that thou hast spoken truth to us, and that thereof we may be witnesses.
    [5:114]
    Jesus, son of Mary, said: O Allah, Lord of us! Send down for us a table spread with food from heaven, that it may be a feast for us, for the first of us and for the last of us, and a sign from Thee. Give us sustenance, for Thou art the Best of Sustainers.
    [5:115]
    Allah said: Lo! I send it down for you. And whoso disbelieveth of you afterward, him surely will I punish with a punishment wherewith I have not punished any of (My) creatures.
    [5:116]
    And when Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Didst thou say unto mankind: Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah ? he saith: Be glorified! It was not mine to utter that to which I had no right. If I used to say it, then Thou knewest it. Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I know not what is in Thy Mind. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Knower of Things Hidden ?
    [5:117]
    I spake unto them only that which Thou commandedst me, (saying): Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. I was a witness of them while I dwelt among them, and when Thou tookest me Thou wast the Watcher over them. Thou art Witness over all things.
    [5:118]
    If Thou punish them, lo! they are Thy slaves, and if Thou forgive them (lo! they are Thy slaves). Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Mighty, the Wise.
    [5:119]
    Allah saith: This is a day in which their truthfulness profiteth the truthful, for theirs are Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they are secure for ever, Allah taking pleasure in them and they in Him. That is the great triumph.
    [5:120]
    Unto Allah belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is therein, and He is Able to do all things.

    See for yourself and think with your own brains please.
    Thank you Mr. Trump, for opening all of your mines to mine for cole and such. Thank you for opening those and giving more jobs to uneducated people. Putting up a ponzie scam just for companies earning lots of money polluting our enviorment. Thank you.
    Thank you Mr. Trump for those 50+ tornado sightings this weekend. I think the american people really love Mr. Trump. He's the best!!!

      A bare slab does not equal EF5 automatically. It has to be properly anchored, and the deep south has very relaxed building codes. It's really tough to get an EF5 rating, even when everything is completely wiped out like this.

    • @jordanharrison8769
      @jordanharrison8769 Год назад +1

      @@zachcurry8392 i get that but if there was no "well built, well anchored" homes in the area, doesn't mean it wasn't an EF5 worthy tornado. Just means there was nothing in its path that would warrant such a rating.

    • @zachcurry8392
      @zachcurry8392 Год назад +1

      @@jordanharrison8769 Right that's fair. That's what happened with the Mayfield, KY EF4. It was probably an EF5, but there was no sufficient structural damage to prove it.
