  • This video demonstrates how to attach a file received from Microsoft Forms in to an approval process workflow in Microsoft Power Automate.
The use of One Drive for Business connector to create file content is the key part in the workflow to pass on the information to the approval workflow email in Microsoft Power Automate.
Girish Uppal walks you through step-by-step process to define the solution from source system (Microsoft Forms) to destination system (Outlook Email) using some formula expressions and bit of sequential logic in the authoring canvas.

This video was very helpful. Do you have any recommendations on how to add a final step which email the results of the approval back to the person submitting the form?

Hi Taylor, You need to first accept the email from an external user (if its internal M365 user then you can extract it from flow itself). Add Outlook send email option and then send the revert. You need to iterate through within the for each loop.

Hello, I have a question. If I enter Start and wait for approval in addition to applying to each item. How do I retrieve the attachment name and attachment content? I need to do this because I can't use some actions within Apply to each .
