Thanks for the informative explanation. I was trying to figure out for many years about why I kept getting sick during cold climate seasons. In fact, even the slightest changes in the climate makes me sick, whether if it was from hot to cold or the other way around. From Autumn, Winter, to early Spring, those times of the year hasn't really been my best friend. I'm iron deficient, but my blood work has shown that it's evenly leveled with my iron intake. Sadly, I'm still extremely sensitive to the cold climate and I have to double up on layers to stay warm. I don't go outside unless it's necessary because of the prolonged exposure will make me sick. Only during the Summer is when I'm less likely to get ill. But, I'm looking forward to using this tutorial as a backup plan for Winter wellness. 🙏

Would this be true of warm wind as well? I live in Nicaragua and it's not cold but the dry, very windy season has begun.
