    I absolutely loved the serenity of this practice, Nick! Your cues to tune into the energy inside and outside were so supportive to my experience. This is one my favorites and I will return to it again and again! Thank you for cultivating your own deep practice and sharing it so generously.

    Very nice, thank you Nick! I really enjoy when you explain the “why” of movements & postures. I also appreciate your poetic descriptions, like “moving through mist.” 💚
    One thing that pulls me out of the moment, is when you say “acrossed.” That is not a word. Across is always across. 😉

    Thank you, Nick, for this beautiful routine! I have a question: during the winter, is it beneficial to focus only on Water element/Kidney meridian routines, or is it better to also include routines meant for other elements/meridians/organs? If it is better to include them as well, what should be the ratio for general health and better balance?

  • @sarahsapphire511

    Hi I've been getting back into doing qi gong again really the last month I've been doing that or yoga daily. I tried this video today and it was very relaxing but afterwards I started feeling sick and really really shaky like my whole body shook like crazy. Could this be a detox type of reaction? I've definitely been dealing with a lot of anxiety and health issues the last couple of months so maybe it's just my body getting rid of the bad energy? Just wondering what your thoughts were. I love your videos and have done a bunch of them but have never had that sort of reaction

    • @TheNickLoffree
      @TheNickLoffree  2 года назад +1

      Could be one of those “healing reactions” for sure. Could also be low blood sugar, which can cause nausea and shakiness. I usually try to practice with a bit of juice or something in my system to avoid this kinda thing. I could see the deep horse stance in this practice depleting blood sugar quicker than most 🤔

    • @sarahsapphire511
      @sarahsapphire511 2 года назад

      @@TheNickLoffree thank you so much for replying back. Yeah I did that without eating anything beforehand so next time I'll make sure to have a little something some fruit or something light at least beforehand or like some juice beforehand and see how I feel. Right after I drank a bunch of water and ate a little something and after about 40 minutes thankfully the shaking stopped. It was a really great video. I'm hoping it was a healing reaction and just I'm so filled with stress it just made my body feel weird after because of so much built up stress over the years
