@@FittoSurvive thermal regulation overly strict/ insubstantial power output leads to unuseable turbo mode with only seconds of that amount of light, that makes it only 'tactical'-applicable
@@尸缽疌 Yes, the Turbo lasts about 5 to 7 seconds before stepping down to the next level. It steps down to a more sustainable 3,200 lumens which is brighter than most "turbos" on other flashlights. 😅
Just bought one. Love it. And now the safety lock has a new feature. You have to hold down the mode button as you move the switch from lock to either position 1 or 2. Adds an extra layer of safety.
@@FittoSurvive So let's say a kid found the light, even if they move the switch off of lock position, the light will not work. Only when pushing and holding down the mode switch will switching out of the lock position work.
Its only 7 seconds because 20k lumens isnt designed for long use, its designed as a "panic-button" for threats, wildlife etc, at 20k lumens the heat generated would kill the torch without stepdown.
I've always carried this company's flashlight I even had won the last over 12:13 years before it took a dump on me reached out to them and they're willing to repair or replace it all I have to do is pay for shipping hell of a company but did not know they were in China but does not matter this is my go-to brand
Hi Fit to Survive! I've just started a channel about reviewing LED torches (new hobby lol), and the goal is to get Nitecore and/or other brands to send me torches to review. Presumably you applied to review that torch last year, and then they sent it to you. My question is what did you do to get to the point where companies send you torches to review? In other words, how did you get to where you are now? I've heard things like "you need heaps of subscribers" and "you need to upload x number of videos first", but I would like a bit of guidance from someone who has reached where I want to get to. By the way this is really great quality content!
Hey. Very interesting question. I'd recommend that you start making interesting reviews on the products you are personally interested in. Companies looking for reviewers do search RUclips and watch your reviews for quality. Then MAKE SURE you have your email address readily available (in the description of your videos and on your profile) so that they can contact you. Hope that helps! And best of luck!
@@FittoSurvive 🤣 But dude please try to do a video test on this device in a real life scenario /darkest place/inside a jungle or vlog whatever may be... No video till now their in RUclips.
I returned it, Although it was a nice flashlight I really didn't like it that much.. Tactical, not at all. It needs to be designed in a way that you don't have to worry about it turning on by bumping the on off switch and the only way you can do that is to lock it which basically requires both hands to unlock. Not exactly ideal in a tactical situation.
Imagine some drugged up homeless a-hole leaping out from some bushes to scare some folks and then gets beamed point blank in the face with this mfer. He probably won't be doing that again. Or seeing much again to be honest. I'd be passing these out to all the citizens of San Francisco if I could, considering what they have to deal with often.
I feel like I may have done some damage to my vision from just bouncing the TM12K off a white wall right next to me. I can't imagine this straight to the eyes balls of someone with their pupils fully open for night vision.
This is by far the least useful flashlights i have ever purchased. It NEVER comes on when I need it. Even when fully charged. The On Button Does NOT work. EVER.
You can find the NItecore TM20K here: www.batteryjunction.com/nitecore-tm20k.html
For the first time I see such a powerful and compact Flashlight.
Thank you for the video👍🤝🤝🤝
Yes, this flashlight is insane! 😂😂

@@尸缽疌 It is a huge flashlight for sure. Not something you could carry every day.
Is this flashlight have like a beacon on the power button, or maybe a constant on to the power indicator?

@@KirtapNoskid Nice. 👍🏻👍🏻
I really love it, the only thing which is stopping me from buying it is the turbo mode only runs for 7 seconds.
Yeah, that is unfortunate. But, I don't know how they would keep it from over hearing.

Love that it has a lock out switch but 300 is very stiff to put out for a flash light
Definitely a handy feature. 😅🔥 Yeah, $300 is rather pricey. I agree.
Finally, an EDC to smack some schmuck out to a good night's sleep.
🤣 It will work for that too.

i don't know, but i once shined my 10k lumen lr35r on rats 10+ meters away and made them run 😆 and somehow made them a little bit dizzy
