I use a pure throw to look through trees, machinery and by steel beams etc. A flood, lights up the trees right beside you so brightly you can't see past them. Most anywhere else I use a mix.
I wish the LEP here was much better. It's on par with the entry level LEPs like the Thor 1, and that's a shame given it's Nitecore. I compared it to my Weltool W4 Pro and the cheaper Astrolux WP3, and it's deeply disappointing. If it performed even as good as the Thor 3, I would buy it in a heartbeat for the LEP/LED combo. The LEP is what's holding this light back.
9:18 Just 21 minutes, less than half of the 45 minutes stated earlier (7:16). This is also what I read in user reports on various sites. Most people mention 20 minutes. Please also note the weird battery requirements mentioned under "Turbo availability". Why can't everything just run on 21700 batteries?
Be careful out in those woods. It was probably big foot you spot it out there, lol. Great review. I like Nitecore's quality. But, how does this flash light compare to the Lumintop Thor pro, and Imalent R90, I believe is the model?
All my lights are Nitecore. the company I deal with accepted a bid of $250 + free 2 day shipping. it will be here tomorrow (a day late) but in time for my Colorado elk trip.
Hello, I am one of the Nightcare collectors in Iran... I wanted to make my request as a small member of the Nightcare family about the p35i flashlight. This flashlight is great, I even covered 2 kilometers with it in spot mode, but the biggest problem of p35i is the lack of strobe mode in the end cap of the flashlight. It should have a strobe button, just like the i4000r cap, which has strobe mode and charging port in the end cap of the flashlight. ... However, when the p35i has this feature (strobe), it can only be used with the remote control of the gun, and this is a big weakness. I hope that Knightaker engineers will design a new cover for the p35i that has both a strobe button and a charging port. remove it and prepare it as an update, thank you
How is the Throw Lep on the P35i compare to the Fenix ht30r ? I want a powerfull Lep Light.. but also i like the p35i cause it have the flood mode also.
Hi Crispy. I ordered mine through Andrew and Amanda. I put in a bid and they accepted it, paid a good chunk less. Anyway, mine came with a wireless tail cap as well, pretty neat. My vision has decreased a little and it is getting harder for me to read instructions so thank you very much for the instructional video. A question, doesn't 2 CR 123s replace one 18650? With that being said, can you use a 18650?
The worst feature of this light is its size... i own acebeam k75 and i use it only a few times for fun. I ended up buying an acebeam l17, a very pocket friendly thrower. I did similar with camera and binoculars...
I sold my K75 for same reason it’s really only useful if you on a helicopter doing search n rescue 😂 sold my W30 because the LEP is useless too the intense dot of light sucks if you can’t see anything else around it.
You have to move the light slower.. fps on a camera shooting at night slows down so it can get longer shutter time to absorb more light so moving the flashlight around as fast as you were we couldn't see the beam light anything up. We could only see the beam hitting something.. so in future videos please move the light around way slower..thx
No sir, u did a very very good job making the video! If you slow down the movement of the flashlight beam when you move it around in the future they will be perfect videos! You covered everything superbly! I'm grateful for people like you! Much appreciated
Just bought one 😊 Can I ask does your mode button move around ? When your finger is on the button its like it has some play. I’ve only had olight touches and everything is solid. I’m thinking I have a faulty one 😢 For £300 I’m not impressed
I prefer the olight javalot pro 2 and their Warrior X lights better. Like three defined hotspot and spill circles. As they help you target what you're looking for. Like the display on this might. Agree they should put versions in lights as well. They have the tech Hotspot on your light in your video looks to thing... Maybe we baby see what you dig
HELLO,,,,,! THATS WHAT NITECORE DOES BEST!!! There isnt a NEED for MOST of there TM flashlights..... KINDA LIKE A 2000 watt subwoofer or 800 HP in my muscle car
@@ChrispyThingsat best it’s around 700m. I’ve tested a Forrest which is 850m away and I cannot see the beam on any of the trees. Another hill line is 550m away and it lights the top of that well. The spread is pretty decent, but no more than you’d expect for 3000lm.
The best review out there. Thx for that.

Finally my flashlight obsession is justified.

Cool light. But that proprietary battery is a no go and total deal breaker.
Friggin LightSaber !!

I haven’t a Lumintop Thor II. The Thor has a longer throw and only a laser, virtually no spill.
I don’t own the Imalent…yet
Great video, thank you!!
I want one!
I don't need it, it's not practical for me, I have no use for it.
I just know I want it!!
That thing is a beast
That it is
Great video, new subscriber!
Thanks!

what company do you use as these cost £335 so like over $420
@Haydn Andrew and Amanda. I don't know what the charge for international shipping would be.
I like it, but I am never anywhere I would need it.
Me too! ^^
Same here. I guess if you worked at an airport as tarmac maintenance?
Just wait till the blackouts start... 😉😏
I need one
You don’t buy anything cos you need it,…you buy it cos you can !

Yes you can generally use 2 CR123s to replace an 18650 but with decreased performance
it s goood . here is south korea
*It was ‘BIGFOOT’… you got the drop on him/her..!* 🤣😂🤣
The worst feature of this light is its size... i own acebeam k75 and i use it only a few times for fun. I ended up buying an acebeam l17, a very pocket friendly thrower. I did similar with camera and binoculars...
why is the size the worse feature
@@KGB-FSB because if its too big to carry it and it stay at home, its useless. This is happening with my Acebeam K75.

I have the AceBeam l19 and think it’s a great torch
hello who will shine next lumintop thror 3 or nitecore p35i

Please feel free to tell me what to do in future videos any time you feel the need to!

I don’t think you could pack any more info into this review. It’s all there++++++
Thanks!

You got scammed no way it’s £300. You can get them for about £180
How do you change between Level 1 and leval2
Sir send me the link of this plus philip card hai amazon kaise kare price plase sir patiye
Link in the description
Geez lol. That’s a hot spot!!!
Man you could totally blind a Bigfoot with that light😁
I think I did!
You could singe the nuts of a Bigfoot with that torch
does the spot have strobe mode?
Amazing light and it 3000lm is constant on ?
No it’s not always on 3000 lm
Not a very clear lens looks like alot of dust. Is there candela specs for the flash light
What do you mean?
All the candela specs are in this video. And what dust? The lens is fine
Love it
With 300bucks what else I can compare this thing to ?
Fenix HT30R. I did a review on that too.
ruclips.net/video/GYvqMilf8Jc/видео.htmlsi=tpvpdXu4eK3kdQNf
Are you still using it? What do you use it for?
I’m currently using the Nitecore EDC35
Dostum bunun yerine convoy 3x21d tercih ederdim sade kafa karıştırmaz ve uzak mesafeyi bundan çok daha güzel gösterir
Price please tell me
Is this good for Law enforcement?
Absolutely especially with the ability to change from flood to thrower easily.
💯
👍🏽👍🏽
There is one more negative thing for me. I don't have the use of one of my hands and it takes two hands to operate some of the features.

Unless your gonna be throwing up the bat signal I really don't see a need for something like this
Didn’t you know I’m Batman?
I need it because I can and I can afford it.

I’ve just got one of these. It doesn’t get anywhere near 1000 meters beam. Complete BS.
How far is yours reaching?

Yep, bought this 2 days ago, the most I get is around 800m (you have to squint your eyes to see it).
@@lemonadeserenade you just know that Nitecore have sent all these people who do amazing reviews free lights.

Stop posting nitecore flashlights….Im going broke 😢
I apologize
Jesus is coming repent of your sins accept him today time is short God bless you all amen 🙏
🙈🙉🙊
bertaubat kembali kejalan yang benar.., satu satunya jalan yang benar adalah Islam...
he can see Jesus coming with this flashlight before he's even here!
Ugly looking light.
But still impressive
Allah Akbar.
Just kidding, there is no god.
Acebeam k75 destroys this thing!!!
JEDAI!!!!
