@@broccoliboogers6713 calorie deficits is when you burn more calories than you consume. It's the only way you can lose weight.

this is so great for someone who had obesity or overweight condition (where jumping is not recommended). and this work out got no jumping at all but still highly effective! thank you so much🎉❤
i dont think someone with obesity will get any results by this

@@mindofvirtuoso3358 that is not true a overweight person dosent have to do a overly intense workout to lose weight in example a 166cm and 55 kg female let’s say 200 kcal from this workout burns means that a female at the same height but weighs 110kg burns 400 kcal or more because the body is burning more when you weigh. A obese person can generally lose a great weight unless it’s cause was a health issue like PCOS,Diabetes etc. ) as soon as they exercise more and start eating in a calorie deficit.
You probably don’t even know what maintenance. Maintenance is simply the calories that our body needs to function (like breathing etc.) and our daily exercise (like walking, working etc.). If you are eating the exact amount of calories like your body needs then you neither lose weight or gain weight but if you eat less you will lose weight and obv if you eat more you will gain weight.
Also don‘t go around telling people that a workout isn’t „intense“ enough you don’t know their circumstances to judge, it could be that this is their first workout after a long time so ofc they need to start little by little.

Gonna do this for one month
✅Day 1- did it 2 times in row before sleep and I feel pretty good.
✅Day 2 - also did it 2 times and my upper thighs feel sore.
✅Day 3 - i dont't see a difference yet and my upper thighs still feel sore and did it 2 times
I've been in a calorie deficit for almost 1 and a half year, and i just did this workout for like, 2 weeks alreadyyy? Then, i already lost 5kgs within that 2 weeks :) i see the changes physically. This was so goooddd, i feel the burn. I recommend this workout a lot
How many times in a day did you do it? I'm tryna lose 3kg in less than 2 weeks before I get measured in school😢

My progress🌸💞 (yall can bother me in replies if i don't update)
Day 1 of workout: wrong forms, thighs giving out quickly at squats/wide squats. Gave out on the last remaining burpees, couldn't pushup properly.

Stomach: 34inch
Butt: 38inch
Waist: 37
(ill measure every week)
Day 2: 10:28am... i rlly dont wanna get up but i have to😘 (10:52 haha can i just do the side planks on the bed?...)
i didnt do the burpees. i liked the burn of the squats. getting confused on the forms(im not consistent enough). im having a hard time from switching from left to right side planks but im getting there. ❤
day 3: ok so i got back from my chiropractic session... i got idiopathic scoliosis. I have to do my stretches before i do the workouts. i also have to take it easy on the side planks, i popped my ankle _ no workout today
day 4: um, first day of online class. 4am i woke up and got home at 8pm. now 9pm, my body is very tender and ankle isnt better. i have no choice but to skip and do the scoliosis stretches my doc adviced.
day 5: OKAY SO. i wake up at 4am and rush to go to school and end up going home at 8-9pm.. im exhausted 😂 i dont know when ill find the time to keep working out. ill try tomorrow (i do my scoliosis stretches)
Note: Im gonna have to drop this until i get a next checkup, im gonna get an xray I dont want any of my muscles to pull or get another ankle sprain😊 i will definitely continue this when I get better.

@@Lila-kt6xn Just wanted to add it is important to have rest days in between workouts to avoid overtraining and fatigue or at the very minimum do exercises that engage different muscle groups. Anyway, good luck in your training 🙂

Been doing this workout for a month and i could say my booty rounder and my waist slimmed. My body type is inverted triangle and i also have a long torso so if you have a same body as me i recommend this along eith the rose and jennie workout of her!!

サイドプランクの時どうしても肩に力が入ってしまうんですけど、膝を着いてやるってどうゆう感じですか?(>
上半身はサイドプランクの姿勢で、膝を床に着き、脚を後ろに曲げてお腹を上下に動かしてみてください!
肩への負担が軽くなります☺️

Will this help slim the whole body or mainly only lower and if so should I do this then with an upper body workout!? Love your videos :)
The last two workouts are for abs, chest& strength so it does cover the whole body but it’s more effective if you do upper workouts too! Thanks!!

@@anqeliicz Hey so no I didn’t lose exactly 5 pounds in 3 days I did this for a week or two and I did it once a day and three other workouts and they were 10 minute lower abs workout by Gloria song and le sserfrian workout that’s the hard way by fromlumi and another I would recommend is the piper rockelle
workouts it’s helping me very much to show my abs and idk want the videos I can tell u what they are called.!
