19 years ago I switched from a Standard American Diet to whole-foods plant-based. 14 years ago, I transitioned into an entirely low fat raw vegan lifestyle and I haven’t looked back since.
Changing my food to strictly whole raw healthy living greens, plant fats, and fruits healed me from a host of auto-immune diseases and chronic gut and health issues.
Within less than a year, I lost 86 pounds and could finally move without experiencing pain. My skin cleared, I gained a head full of thick curly hair, and experienced a dramatic change in my eye color! Just a handful of the benefits I’ve enjoyed from a purely raw diet.
I’m sharing everything I know about low-fat raw vegan & the “Do different. Get Different” mindset because nothing feels as good as health does and I want this for you.

1/2 cup chia seeds, 10 dates (pitted), 4 cups spinach, 2 1/2 cups water, 1/3 Tbsp cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth. Let batter sit for about 5-10 minutes in order to thicken up. Heat dehydrator to 110 degrees. Poor batter out into the middle of a teflex sheet. Spread out into a circle about the size of a large tortilla which ends up being about 1/4 inch thick. Let set and then spread out again as it continues to thicken. Dehydrate until it peels off teflex sheets easily. Thank you, Tanny. Your wraps are the bomb!!

How long takes to dehydrate? and what brand of dehydrator do you use please
I have finally perfected this!! And the key is that Vitamix blender. I had been making these wraps with my Ninja blender and it had been an epic fail for six years. But I bought a Vitamix blender a few weeks ago. Here is how you perfect this. (1) Do everything Tanny says (1/2 cup chia seeds, 2 1/2 cups of water, 10 dates and 4 cups of spinach). (2) INVEST in a Vitamix blender and blend the mixture for ONE MINUTE on a low or medium blend (3) INVEST in some Bright Kitchen silicone dehydrator mats. They have circle cut outs. Buy those. (4) put some olive oil on the dehydrator mats so the wraps won’t stick (5) Dehydrate for 12 to 13 hours
I don't know if I could ever fully express exactly how much you mean to my life. I never thought that at 40 I would have a new role model...someone I look up too as much as you. I admire your strength, your perseverance, your love for life. Tanny, when I grow up I want to be like you! And since I'm grown already, lol, that time is now. Just been flicking through some raw vegan recipes and thinking how pretentious and patronizing they are (do we really need to see some half naked "look at me" girl talk about how "we all need to eat more onions"?). Thought I'd try one last vid and hooray!! These wraps are exactly what I've been looking for. Tanny seems so genuine and nice - I'm definitely going to be binge watching this channel.

Wow, these are really great and simple to make, even if you are not so well equiped like me lately.... Since I ruined my high speed blender by leaving a metal spoon in it.... I had to use my smoothiemaker to blend it all up, in small portions at a time, but I did o.k.! I crushed the chia seeds in advance in my grinder, and that went perfect! And since there is a whole in the middle of each tray of my cheap dehydrator, I made 4 mini wraps on each tray, instead of one big wrap and that looks really cute. And since I have found my organic fresh spinach I am sooooo ready for it. The flexi wraps are upstairs in my dehydrator, I already flipped them and in a minute or so I am going to fill them with some more spinach and eat them together with my lemon/parsley caulifloweŕ taboule! Yummie and thanks for inspiring me Tanny! :)

I made these - they were tasty - learned I need to make them a little thicker as whenthey dry if too thin they can crack. I also added various spices and they added a delish hit even more!

Hey Hey Tanny .... made these today. YUM! Thank you so much! Wow. Another way to get the greens on (as you say). YOU are absolutely a JOY. Love that Southern accent. I'm from NY. Congratulations on being the winner you are. What a wonderful personality you have. Husband said they were a 10. One thing though .... mine had a few holes in them. Was that a leveling issue do you think? They still turned out great. I featured your recipe and you over on my blog ... by the way I have the 9 Tray Excaliber also. My wraps tooks about 24 hours to get to the point of completion.

Heck.. as long as I'm COMMING out the closet here so to say... have you ever tried salting to get the water out of those zoodles?? Yes firl. Try it if not.. totally changes the texture.. then of coarse you have to soak them IN water to get the salt out again.. or most of it.. but it makes the texture crunch and amazingly different.. I seen Asians do this technique for thier pickles and I tried it. Never went back. 💝💝😋👌 okay. Back in the closet I go now. I just wanted to share something w ypu.. you've gave us so much 🤗✌

My gf doesn’t mix fruit with anything so how can I make it without dates and still have it stick together? New to your channel. Love your personality. 🌸👏
