This doesn't sound like "scolding" to me, title a little disingenuous...
Agreed
Magestic nooooo, that’s certainly a good scolding considering it’s a judge to a lawyer
That attorney being accused is lying his azz off in court.
The judge must not know how things work. You can't think you are sending a private text on a phone and it accidentally goes to twitter. He knew what he was doing.
Why does she sound like she is holding back a vicious amount of tears..
Why that lady so scared when she’s talking, first time in court?
Just the fact that the Judge even had to tell the attorneys not to Tweet during a major trial like this shows how lacking in common sense and decency our society has become.
Not much of a Scolding! More like a Calm and Polite Understanding! Mega Lol 😂
This lady sounds like she is taking her last breath. Poor Thing, Bless her heart. I mean, I do not know her, obviously she has a lot of bravery to have a job based largely on oration, considering her natural voice sounds like she is holding back hysterics.
YAY JUDGE. don't go into law if you're bored with court.
That wasn’t a “rip” - go to any misdemeanor courtroom during arraignment with a new prosecutor and you’ll get worse “rips”. Period.
The attorney in the bottom of the screen is actually writing during the whole speech of the judge. They just dont give a damn
BUSSSSSTEDDDDDD! 👀
all kindzz of nuts !!
DEEP INSIDE THEM SUGARWALLSS
So disgusting! He smegging was NOT paying attention during the cross examination! Full stop!
Council needs to be confident in their words when they are speaking before the court- especially as the judge said, when each side has FIVE of them present. There is a standard of conduct in court- this is not a witness recalling the death of a loved one, this is an attorney talking about a tweet that was sent out.
this is what we've come to
If I had to listen to that female defense attorney speak any longer than 5 minutes with that shaky, crackily voice of hers, I think I’d have to jump off a ledge.
When did they start recruiting DA’s from high school? That Tweeting DA (George Brauchler) has the maturity of a pathetic 15 year old.
That guy on the bottom trying to surreptitiously type while the judge is scolding them. 🙄😆
yes kids listen to your kindergarten teacher! this is ridiculous.
Judge wussed out. He texted, which is being on social media when the judge told him notntkp
You should not be tweeting especially during a cross examination
Pfffft! Telling the judge you didn't mean to tweet? Lie!
Shaky voice'd woman thought this would cause a mistrial? Um, no.
Where I live, cellphones aren't allowed in courtrooms.
Why does she sound like she was about to cry?
3:22 this woman is continuing the fact that he accidentally retweeted, but he said it was an accident and it won’t happen again because he won had his phone on him, an yet she all reiterated how important it is to listen during trial. Well no crap, you can chill out lady. We get you want to win, but not on this fig leaf.
Let you know how much lawyers care about you
