How to Set up Roaming Outlook Signatures for FREE

In June 2020, Microsoft is releasing roaming signatures for Outlook. This video explains how to set this up so that you don't have to create a signature when moving between computers.

To enable roaming of your Outlook options, use the following steps:
-Select File, then Options.
-Under Outlook Options, select General.
-Check the box Store my Outlook settings in the cloud.
-Select OK.
Which Outlook options can be roamed?
Settings in the following areas of the Outlook Options dialog can be roamed:
-General
-Mail
-Calendar
-Groups
-People
-Tasks
-Search
-Ease of Access
-Advanced

how would you mass deploy company signature for 365 users mailboxes with this new global roaming signature. i cant see any doco from microsoft yet on this.

Great question. Currently signatures are in the APPDATA folder on Windows. If you are using Windows, you could set up 1 computer, then copy the signature and deploy as a template to all computers for new staff in a company.
You would then just need to edit small details per staff member.
