Thanks for your videos Andy, I really appreciate your product tours! What gets me are the security features that are only avaialble at the highest tiers of subscription. I guess if your company can't afford upwards of $60/mo/user you don't need the security features afforded those with a large purse. In my opinion, MS should include the same security features and options avaialbe at every subscription level (excet Defender for Desktop/Server. I realize that IS a seperate product like any other AV product)
Is there an option to enforce corporate email signature? I know about the exchange disclaimer rule trick, but it's not a usable solution for long mail threads. Having to use 3rd party software for that is meeeh
@@AndyMaloneMVP I tried this, however outlook still let the users the option to edit the signature and mess with the corporate requirements. It would be great if beside the intune policy definig the signature, an outlook option could also be pushed to disable user access to signature edition. Is that possible?
@@standardnerd9840 Andy promotes worthy 3rd party solutions so I assume it would be OK to share. I'd like to hear about your good/bad experience with 2 solutions.
Hi Andy. Do you know of a good way to send a global message which appears on everyone in the domains computers. We use connectwise and I can send a message to all computers but it appears in their taskbar. In the old days I would send it via server msg. We are in an Intune tenant.
Conditional formatting is cool, but it got broke in new Outlook. Before the entire record was colored. Now it just colors the subject. Bonus: you can pin conditional formatted emails to quick access.

I totally agree with you
My personal favourite feature is scheduling send email, I use it all the time to send work emails. It's a smart feature, good job Microsoft.

You can do it via Group Policy as well as in Intune.

I had to go with an outside service that specializes in email signatures. I'd name the 2 I've used but I'm not sure if that's ok to do?

Yes, you can use the net send command in Windows server to do this
PS Microsoft 365 is about to release a new messaging feature from the main admin portal 👍

Correct your posture.
Helpful video, cheers.
I find 365 frustrating to use 8hours per day.
