I've never heard of Automox. Is it RMM, MDM, both, something else? I currently use Intune and Kaseya VSA. I am NOT a fan of Kaseya's products. We also use their ticketing system which makes me want to resign every time I have to use it. VSA is generally regarded as an RMM product. Is Automox a modern replacement for it?
I work for an Automox partner, basically the lower level is billed as update/patch management and compliance and they have a higher "Enterprise" version that adds remote support and other features that make it comparable to an RMM. We also offer NinjaOne as an RMM option which can do update management and more.
You keep stating that remote control is included with Automox, but that is simply not true. They include it in the free trial, to show off all their product's capabilities, but it is a paid addition to any plan, even on top of their highest-level Enterprise plan. Other features you demonstrate also require a higher-level paid plan, such as Enterprise.
It´s possible to manage hybrid with Intune, just push the GPO so it will automatic register in Intune.
Yes it is👍

Many of our customers have moved from various rmm tools to our modern endpoint management platform. Feel free to reach out for more info!

22:40 That prompt that the user get doesn't look realy good, looks like a warning instead of friendly hello.
Interesting :-) Good feedback.
