@@AndyMaloneMVP I'm not paying for it and not using it. Soon they will want to charge us by the hour for using our computers and you will just love the idea..
Hi Andy, Thank you for your helpful videos. Just a quick question about sharing. If I share a OneDrive (for bus.) document with an individual in my organisation and give them Edit access, does that mean it's possible for them to share that forward to someone else? Is there any way to prevent this?
No, if you share it internally with a fellow employee and they have edit permissions, there will be able to edit the document. Your organisational sharing policy dictates what can be shared and how.
Hi Andy, I really appreciate your content. Thank you for your continuous effort! Just one question: what is the current status of Delve, I remember that Microsoft did announce the end of life isn’t it?
Hi Andy, and thanks for your informative videos :) You are mentioning that Drag and Drop is fully integrated, but why is it not possible to Drag files out from OneDrive and into other applications such as New Outlook i.e. And why is it not possible to Drag files out from New Outlook and into Sharepoint i.e. Do Microsoft have this a plan for this?
Copilot is included with the basic Microsoft 365 subscription however if you want Microsoft 365 Copilot, which includes the full integration, it’s an add-on I’m afraid
I have had nothing but trouble with it. The way it takes over your native Desktop, Documents, etc folders is insane. If you have no Internet access you are screwed. It also does not have VSS support to backup in use files.
My favorite trick is to TURN OFF ONEDRIVE
That’s just silly as you’re probably paying for it anyway so you might as well use it 👍

Do you have any best practices for sharing permissions for OD and SP?
I’m sure I did a video on this in my SharePoint and Teams playlist should check it out 👍

They’ve been saying that for years, but it’s so tightly integrated into Microsoft 365 that it simply can’t be removed

You cannot drag out no it’s because it’s within a fixed browser environment and as such it’s not possible.
Hi Andy,
Love the video. I miss the "Convert to PDF" option in my OneDrive. Is this something I need to enable in the admin center?
I’m using a business premium license
You can convert to PDF using "print". I also have available in the Brave Browser.
Today, let's give up all our personal security to microsoft. So fun
@17:05 - after selecting the files how do you archive them?
or do you mean to download them and manually back them up?
You would need to purchase Microsoft backup, archive or a third-party solution
@17:42 - i am confuse, it it files share by you or is it file shared to you ?
because you say both for the same thing !!!!!
The second option is files shared with me. The first option is my file shared.
Is Copilot free for E5 to integrate with office apps or selling seperately for bussiness?

make sure you're using the latest build.
Unfortunately Delve will be phased out by the end of 2024. Only a couple of Weeks left...
Boy I wish I could find the video that compares office 365 license to m365
I covered the licensing video sometimes further back it might still be there probably in my Microsoft 365 playlist
