If you draft a player in the first round and they meet or exceed expectations you pay them. He plays his position at a all pro level. I don't think he says all this if he gets his extension.

bring back Mangini for drafting, seems like he was the only coach that actually could spot talent (Brick, Mangold, Harris, Revis). Once Rex, Tannenbaum, Idzik, Bowles, McCagnnan came in the picture our talent has been zero.

Jets did go 6-2 over the last 8 games. They could have just given up after 8 games but they played hard for Gase for the most part over the last 8.
They played hard despite Gase, and Adams was the biggest reason for that.

I wanna see how Adams impacts the defense with B Wags and Diggs. Pass rush still a concern but Adams said he would play out his rookie contract with Seattle so that gives Seattle short term money to rent a pass rusher for a year or 2 before they come out the pocket to extend JA.

Danny McCormick he’s not just a S. He is a Swiss Army knife. He lined up more as an edge rusher/LB than Safety last year. Also lined up a CB over 90x’s. So yeah, his position may say safety but if you don’t realize he is much more than that shows how much your truly watch Adams play. He is a top 3 D in the NFL

Brilliant trade by Seahawks. Those 2 first round picks will be at the bottom of the first round and we all know that the draft is an inexact science. Adams is a great player and who knows what the Jets will get in the draft.

If he was the GM his title would have been GM. It wasn’t. Grier was making all the draft picks while Tannebaum was there, but that wasn’t really the point of my comment. Point was Greenberg works with Tannebaum and doesn’t even know what position he held (writers /editors didn’t catch it either). Cmon this is supposed to be THE sports network, get it right for someone who actually works for your station. If titles didn’t matter there wouldn’t be any. There are titles and they do matter.
