Wins -- Giants, the Washington team, Raiders, Dolphins, Steelers (3rd string QB), and Bills with Matt Barkley @qb.
Losses - Bengals only win, and smoked by Ravens.
Those 6 wins weren't exactly the cream of the crop.
Bengals got 2 wins last season, they beat the Browns week 17 as well.

We were tied with like 6 teams for the 27th strongest schedule in Football, aka we had a schedule that was top 5 EASIEST and we limped into 7-9. If anything, a good coach could've potentially squeezed a playoff spot out of that easy schedule. Gase couldn't even drag us over .500

Erik Lerström Exactly! There needs to be more minority head coaches but at the same time, NFL teams are often looking for potential head coaches that will bring productivity and results. Unless, you’re the owner of the New York Jets and strive for mediocrity. I have nothing against Adam Gase, but I’m surprised that he still has a head coaching job. Both Robert Saleh and Eric Bieniemy should have head coaching jobs within the next couple of years and I would like to see more assistant minority coaches on the offensive side of the ball. Byron Leftwich still needs a couple more seasons as the Buccaneers' offensive coordinator before he’s ready for a head coaching job. Hines Ward is an offensive assistant with the Jets and still needs more coaching experience.

Interviewing a minority for the vast majority of organizations, is just checking a box, and is nothing short of pandering. sad.

Even if he had a lot to do with Manning's success in Denver, that was 6 years ago! We're always told the league changes year to year on schemes and team tendencies. He's been nothing but terrible since. So, if he was an offensive genius before, he definitely isn't now. How are you a 'QB whisperer' when your one link to success is an already HOF QB? Nobody's explained that one to me.

It's just what happens to every team sometimes. Look at the Patriots this year. I hope JETS keep Gase and give him another chance. He is bright, dedicated and a proven winner. GASE ROCKS. GO NY JETS
