Family-run, women-led, and BIPOC-owned restaurants endured profound hardships during the pandemic. Amid these trials, RE:Her emerged as a shining beacon, offering vital lifelines such as small business grants, mentorship, and survival tools. For business owners like Mayuko Easton, who tragically lost her husband and business partner just a week after opening their restaurant, Regarding Her offered more than just assistance; they provided a sisterhood that guided her on the path to success.

It is all projection from weak women.

Man Mayuko's story is crazy. Single parent, lost their partner, and own/run a business. I'm happy the kids understand the circumstances and want to help. It can hurt for everyone involved. Another great episode

I wish I were surprised that the comments section is so incredibly disheartening. It takes a special kind of person to see this level of joy and empowerment and immediately think "how do I tear that down and stomp all over it".
only thing people want is the entertainment they choose to consume to be of a certain standard. this wasnt. it doesnt have anything to do with gender. it has everything to do with the increasing amount of channels pumping out mediocre content for the sake of pushing an underlying agenda. being labeled a 'woke' kind of channel makes their work safer and more relevant in the short run. you cant critique a public piece of content you about women cause you will be labeled a misogynistic bigot. this severes the connection between the audience and the content creator. thats all this is.

In this case it actually has everything to do with gender. If your only complaint about something is that it's "woke", then you are complaining abut the fact that it is content about women. There is nothing inherently "mediocre" about this video. It's a high level of production about an interesting subject. There are many people commenting that they were moved and inspired by it. The people complaining about it aren't complaining about anything specific about the production, just that it's "woke", which means they don't like the fact that it's about women which makes them misogynistic bigots. Probably, but men on average have more loan debt than women do too. From "The history of women and loans" from Bankrate: "The present day - Today, the way in which men and women use loans differs significantly. Research from American University found that women are generally more likely to use loan funds for emergency and practical expenses, while men are more likely to use these funds for luxury expenses. This could be why, on average, men have 20 percent more personal loan debt than women." Brief and eye-opening article that covers back to 1848 if you want to read more!
Shut up. Men are more willing to go into debt and take financial risk. They generally have more credit history and can get loans more easily. But really the ratio isn't that high, and you're just speculating to feed the narrative. You literally just admitted that you have no clue but said that it's probably really high. Stop creating problems out of thin air.
Last i checked they dont give out loans when you dont have good credit, not by your skin color.

The recovery began in April 2020 and is not complete..." There is plenty of research on the web, from UNICEF, Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), etc. focusing on not just the US, but Europe, Asia, etc. Not hard to find.

I worked with a lot of women in the 18 years that I was in the industry, and Im still friends with so many of them.
The work ethic, the multi-tasking, the passion, and the attention to detail they all brought was inspiring🩷
