Not sure what i still do wrong. George was pitful with the kilos, but even worse with the limas. Offline with speeds above 80 knots he's constantly off by a few 10 feet, online its even worse. Fireing while hovering is better, but still hit or miss. Very inconsistent overall.
It depends on the situation and clutter & if you are threading the needle between obstacles/objects in foreground/background. All I can say is that if you are missing when you *know* you should be hitting, toggle it.
when i am pikot and i ask george to look for targets. he just scans and never finds the target. if he does and i tell him to engage he says "i cant do that" what did they change. He doesnt work for the K either. Not a new person to the Apache.
That's a thinker. I just recorded this yesterday on the patch that is live right now on Open Beta :( Are you seeing the issue I mention at 1:45 or is it something else? I would try making sure you are within range and at the correct altitude. (I found he might tell you 'in range', but wont fire until you get enough altitude for the missile to actually reach the target)
