While trying to reset this PC you got the error "could not find the recovery environment. Insert your windows installation or recovery media, and restart your PC with the media" in windows 11 and in windows 10.

Work around Steps: : Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment
Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory
Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it.
Boot the host normally...It worked for me

Reinstall windows is the only option

You haven’t type the path in command correctly
