Turns out i was missing the Winre.wim file.. Grabbed one off a another PC and pasted it in the correct directory, used 'reagentc/enable' in CMD then i got it working.
When I hold shift and click restart - go to troubleshoot I only see one option to called UEFI - how do I get to the command view to manage my Boot Configuration?
Why does microsoft make this so hard to move and reenable the recovery partition? I've already spent hours trying to fix the recovery environment after moving the recovery partition to set up ssd overprovisioning and getting it working again and I wish I had seen this video months ago. Now it's time for me to reinstall anyway, so I'm just going to boot from a linux boot flash drive, delete the recovery partition, and manually put the entire contents of C: drive into a folder on C: drive, then reinstall without formatting which will put the recovery environment in a C:\Recovery folder on C: drive and I won't have to worry about that stupid recovery partition anymore.

@@Grm-sm3ek No I have not found, & I have stopped searching. I will search at some latter point of time. ... For, now I am able to use Windows , so using it like that.
@@ShivSamrat I found a solution u simply redownload windows it will show you an option wether to keep or remove all your files when you redownload windows all your missing files will be repaired
@@wither5623 i ended up having to download windows on a flash drive through windows media installer then restarting my PC, it was kind of easy I can send you the link to the video if you need help

What do I do if it doesnt show Recovery Partition in disk management?

Boot from a windows installation flash drive and go to the command prompt by hitting shift+F10 at the first screen.

start in safe mode and uninstall the driver
