Just beat it on update 1.38 with a 40 second lead. Only a few differences to make the PP620. For downforce it is 98 front and 243 rear. No ballast. Fully custom racing trans, High RPM turbo, race brake pads, high lift camshaft S instead of the normal one, titanium connecting rods & pistons and the carbon propellor shaft. (all three found in ultimate parts). Type A front bumper, Type B side, diffuser, and wing. I also used 17" Enkei 92' wheels with wide width and wide offset.
Oddly enough, there aren't any side skirts available for this car.
I went beyond his tune with high RPM turbo and high lift cam S, and the power output is at 297hp, vs the 270 he's at. I did have to run a bit of ballast to get it under 620pp though. But I also transfer some of the weight to the rear just help give some balance to the car. It handles like nobody's business. I have my suspension a little different, and differential at a little more aggressive than his.

I am planning to try it out on Alsace at some point. (Unless I get an engine swap allowing it to take on something more powerful)

My car won't set up like you show it for some reason. Did the whole race, didn't dominate it, stayed in 1st till pit, then couldn't get anywhere near the front. Got 4th in the end and that was without a single mistake
Did not work for me at all. I followed your tune step by step and it only reached 595.07 pp.
I just checked my tune and it has dropped but is now sitting on about 615. Is your car widebodied? There must be something missing

Just love this track and one of my favourites. Usually, do this one in the championship 800pp. Now I have another JAK built in my garage 🙃 and as soon as the power grid comes on, this will be me for the duration of my lazy Sunday morning .As always JAK thanks and I appreciate your time and effort 👌 💯 😊
