I won this race using the Honda RA272 on mediums and on fuel map one. YOU DONT HAVE TO PIT. It's not as fast as the Taycan, its just as fast as the second place McLaren so you will pass him when he pits. I came in with a 15 second lead over second place.
I did there the guide few weeks ago. For me the R35 Nismo worked, with not so aggressive braking (this is the must important thing to keep the tires alive).

Are you on Fully Custom Manual transmission? I think Stock transmission sets it to 625, and Racing transmission sets it to 626PP. Manual gets it down to 620.
For the Deep Forest 1 hour race? For the RA272, I think Racing Hards is the only tire compound you can get away with as you detune it for this race. But if you're talking about the Alsace race, then that's not good... I remember someone finding that you can shift the ballast all the way to the front of the RA272, and have a bit more wiggle room to tune it to 460PP, and didn't feel too understeery. It has been a while since I've done these races, I should give it another go.
@@joeyhudson827 For Deep Forest, it's this car (Honda RA272), as it can go nearly the entire race without needing to pit and still have great pace. For Alsace, this car is a cheat code.
Can you check the following things? - Do you have an ECU on, and have it lowered to 70%? - Is the power restrictor down to 88%? - Do you have 200kg of ballast, with it positioned at -1? - Are you using a Fully Custom Manual transmission? - Do you have the Comfort Soft tires on?
I did some tests, to go on mediums we need to add weight 66kg or we can remove all the additional weight and go on hards to get 620. For both cases I was not able to do anything below 1:36.900. and Inostroza when stops in lap 12 he is 23 secs, ahead and when came back he assume the 1st in 4 to 6 laps hahahah. I will try more tomorrow because today I spent abou 6 hours to try to make it happen :(

As of January 2024, the difficulty is still glitched. So put it on hard if you want the race to be easier.
Alasce still works after update 1.31, car still OP and very easy to drive.

I used the same setup but my performance points are at 509, it is not going to 465

Does Simeone know If is it still working? When I changed do medium tyres, the PP goes to 634
It needs a bit of power, weight adjustments to get back under 620PP on the Racing Hard tires.

Do you know if difficulty affect these missions? I hear someone say, easy is hardest
They shouldn't, though there's been reports that it does. I keep my difficulty on Hard.
