This came at the perfect time! im finally in the market for a display tablet and this is affordable and seems to be worth it from what I've been seeing so far. thanks for the review!
This is the first review of the Kamvas pro 13, jazza did it also but not thoroul. He is also impressed by the tablet!
Finaly a worthy competitor, i mean, in one or two years huion is gonna surpass wacom! I see other brands like xpen, parblo, artisul, yinjova, they suck kind of... Only Huion is making quality brand tablets for a good price. They now released this one, with pen tilt, battery free, with i guess 0 parallax! Amazing! Looking forward to buy this or a 16' version of this!
Yeah, same. Wacom has the big name but their QC hasnt been good for some time.
i watched his video too but my tablet screen still doesn't turn on
No problem =)
@@dachvaz7292 Anyone else notice a gap between the side of the screen and the touch buttons area? I notice that part of the screen moves up and down depending on pressure.
2 years ago: "in one or two years Huion is gonna surpass Wacom!"
Over last 12 years, I had Cintiq 21UX ($2,000.00) Cintiq Companion 2 512GB ($2,500.00) now in 2 days my HUION 24" 2.5K for $699.00 direct from company. No doubt. Adios Wacom!
Thanks! This is the best review for this tablet that I could find on youtube.
Thanks for the kind words!
Cannot wait till this level of finish is put on the 22. Seriously impressed.
I've got a review pending on the 22". It should be up tomorrow. I really like it.
Wacom needs to wake up fast!!!!. Huions is coming and they are not messing around. Since you and jazza seem to like this tablet i'm definitely getting it. thx for the review btw.
Wacom has a lot of problems now. I'm still a fan but the QC issues they keep having negate the price they charge.
That's it! I'm gonna buy me one of these for Christmas. It's going to be my first drawing tablet. I've been looking at these for a couple of years, but I never had the opportunity to buy one. I knew (obviously) about wacom, but I could never afford that... I knew about Huion, XP Pen, Ugee.. but up until now, everyone except Huion felt like they had really cheap stuff, so I was very interested in Huion products. I've been thinking about getting the 15,6'' because I wanted something that I could walk around with, but that one costs 600€ so I used to think.. "man, if that's the case I'll just get the 20 inch one since, somehow, it's cheaper". I would get a big screen to have at home and it would be cheaper, but I was really hesitant because I REALLY wanted a smaller screen. NOW, they have a smaller, cheaper and better than everything they had made so far! It might not be "better" than a wacom (maybe it's like 90% as good), but for that price? It's 200% worth it and I'm getting it.
Thx a ton for the review
Finally I found what I need
awesome review man love it
Huion wrote: Thank you for your fast reply.
Usually the wobble problem will not appear if the pen draw lines with a little bit faster speed. it only occurs when the pen draw lines with a more slowly speed. After checking with our team again, they will update the firmware shortly to help solve this problem. We will keep you informed once came out. please don't worry, and we're sorry for all the inconvenience brought to you so far.
If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us again.
Have a great day.
Keep an eye out. I should have something REALLY soon.
Gonna get this one as soon as they become available on german Amazon. Was planing to get a used Cintiq 13 HD, but now I changed my mind. This new Huion is amazing for it's price.
Cintiq 13 HD is just sh*t now, Wacom should just take it down.
I just got on today for $300 from amazon and cannot wait to start drawing..
Wacom the gig is up
Thanks for dropping by!
Cool review! I'm a fan of Huion graphic tablets and to see more reviews on Huion stuff will be awesome! I've been burning through different pen tablet monitors recently. Color accuracy, backlight and brightness always seems to be an issue with Huion pen tablet monitors. How are the colors? Do they live up to 120% sRGB? I mean is it at least able to create artworks for the 100% sRGB realms without having to check it's accuracy on another monitor?
I would always do a full color calibration. No one hits exactly what they say. I read a written review where someone tested it and it came close. I'll find it and link the guys review.
Great review! I am having similar problems that you had with extended displays when setting up the Work Area. After installation of the Huion drivers, the Kamvas Pro 13 became my "2nd monitor", and I have "Extend these displays" selected in my Windows 7 Resolution settings. In the Huion software, Under Work Area, when I select "Display 2" (The Huion tablet) in the Select Current Display drop down box, the only thing showing is the Windows desktop background graphic. The only way to get a main display window or desktop icon to show on the Huion tablet is to drag the window or icon all the way to the right until it appears from the left side of the Huion screen. I need the Huion display to match my main monitor display. Do you have more details about how you fixed this? No matter what I do in the Work Area in the Huion software, I cannot get this to work. At my wits end, so I am hoping you can be more specific than you were in your video. Thanks again!
Great review.
Huion was planning to update the drivers in order to fix the wobbly line issue some seem to have.
Do you know if they fixed that issue? Or do you have any sort of information regarding huions plan?
They have a plan to fix but they haven't sent me drivers to test. I ping them like once a week.
i hope they release 15 ver, it's look smoll
your shoelace effect at about 12:15 is what a dip pen and nib dose when you release it fast as you did, and since you have it on the dip pen setting I would say that it's working properly.
Agree, did I say something negative? I mention how nice the gradients are.
@@CreateNowSleepLater - it sounded like it could be negative lol. Some people haven't used a dip pen to ink so they might think the little tail strange or wrong ;). I sure didn't understand untell I did inktober with mostly a dip pen.
Ok, right. No it was definitely no negative. It did not show signs of shoe lace. If it did, there is no taper off. Thats what I meant to say by the nice gradients.
I just bought this and I am having an issue with the settings making it feel like paper. Mine did not come with that film that is to be removed. Idk if that matters or not but just wondering if it does 🤷🏽♀️. Btw my driver program does not look like yours idk if that matters too
Question: where you able to get windows extended display to work? great review
Yep, it works fine now. The only thing is, default Windows will open up a new photoshop document in the primary display. You can drag it down for the next time.
I hope, there will be bigger version of that.
Huion Kamvas 16, Huion Kamvas 20, Huion Kamvas 22
Hey Wacom! Wakey, wakey! :)
They want to make smaller Intuos Pros, so they're gonna lose to Huion very soon.
Kocham tabletkę huion
I've bought it recently but I have problems with the shortskeys in Paint Tool Sai, in Photoshop it works perfectly but not in SAI.
Help :c
Did you set up a separate profile for SAI?
Brad Colbow's review and post-review talk showed some pretty major line wobble in sketchbook, both on Mac and Windows, if you were to guess, would you say that's a driver issue on his part, or a wonky pen/unit?
Also, in your Clip Studio segment, it seems to be a bit less straight, is that down to your hand or the brush? Or is it just less straight in CSP?
Super, super looking into buying this, perfect size for my desk, just wanna make sure (as a CSP user) I can be convinced it wouldn't be an issue, or that it's a minimal issue at least.
This is the best thing I could tell you. When I retested at the slowest lines there was wobble. I dont think I could draw that slow if I wanted too but its there. I know they are aware if of it because I told them. If I had a gun to my head I would think they could fix it because Wacom fixed the same issue on the Pro 16. That first line in clip studio was all me. One thing I need to figure out is how to position the camera over my shoulder without compromising my arm. Its hard to capture that close. I just rewatched it and I used a custom brush which is also something I shouldn't have done. I haven't really seen a difference in real life in clip studio.
Brad's drawing style uses very slow strokes and crisp lines, I can understand why he had a major issue with it.
i tihnk i need this as an aspiring tattoo artist
Would you consider this over a bigger screen tablet? like say the Artist 15.6? would the bigger screen be a fair trade or is this tablet simply superior?
I think it depends on individual needs. Huion also makes a 15.6 model and they are on V2 of it goo.gl/MYP26K
I am deciding between xp pen 13.3
and Huion kamvas pro 13.3
Which one do you think better?
Huion is the best base on most of reviews but found many wobble line issues too
I am afraid of getting a bad one from online shopping, many people got ignored my customer service
Edited: @16:35 is that a wobble line there?
I think the Huion is better for color and tilt. I dont think that is wobble, my camera is setup behind my right shoulder and I am drawing way off to the left meaning I am off balance. The only time I saw wobble is really slow diagnal lines. Hope that helps.
Hello! I really need help choosing between this tablet and Huion KAMVAS GT-156HD V2. Which one would you recommend?
What is more valuable to you size vs. tilt? The 13 is their most advanced tablet but that doesn't increase size.
I'll put it this way, the 15" is bigger. That really is the only "better" thing. The 13" has better color and tilt. The 13" has a full laminated screen for less offset. Here is the links for both 15: goo.gl/MYP26K 13: goo.gl/hW56tc Those are affiliate links (just being honest)
great thorough review but just a little suggestion it would be nice BGM was faded more.
Thanks for watching. I think the issue is with headphone users. Like people who just use the speakers complain they can't hear it. Believe it or not, the was so low that you can't see the range in cantasia anymore and my voice is all the way to the top.
Im gonna get mine tomorrow or the Day aften that! :D
Great, good luck and enjoy it!
So is the Huion essentially mirroring your windows screen...so not tablet native design software correct...
Right, Its just a display. You can set it to mirror or extend in Windows or whatever you use.
I had my touch bar working to zoom in/out for a moment. But once I changed the other buttons on the tablet, the touch bar only goes to the ] [ keys. Nothing else. Change the settings and apply. Restart the computer and the driver program shows the touch bar back at ] [. I have the current driver. Any ideas?
Start from default? I mean reset the driver the defaults. That doesnt work I would uninstall the driver, reboot, reinstall clean.
Im in the market and have the opportunity to have a cintiq 13hd for the same price. Which do I buy? I am not sure...
Hmm. That is the older Cintiq. The Huion beats it in color and pressure levels plus its bonded so the parallax would be less. Cintiq has the name, buts its hard to choose against a Cintiq. I think the Huion might be better though. The Pro 13 I might be a different story but its close.
I WAS THE 1000 SUBSCRIBER! Woohoo!!
My man!
@@CreateNowSleepLater :0 ✌️😂
Most Probably, the latest driver update can resolve the wavy line issue for this device i guess...
Not the driver, check the latest upload on this channel!
What size (dpi) is the canvas you were using? I'm seeing you get super close ups with no pixelation.
Not sure I remember. Which app photoshop or clipstudio? I might still have it. Is the question does the image get pixelated at a certain dpi? If so, let me know and I will test it.
Yes that's exactly it. Do you have to create files at say 600 dpi for it not to pixelate when drawing large or zooming in? Does 300 dpi automatically look very pixelated on close ups? Thanks!
What are your thoughts on putting a screen protector on the screen? Do you think it is necessary?
I don't think so. You mean for scratches or to add texture? I don't see any signs of scratching.
To avoid scratches. Thank you for the answer!
Is the pressure curve as good as wacom now? I keep hearing that they're getting better but I have the huion 1060 plus (i think) from 2016 or 2017 and it still has some spots where it just jumps up in pressure
This model is a big step forward I think. It's a new pen and the tablet is lamenated. Those are huge changes. The IAF and pressure curve feel great to me and I have a Ciniq 16". I defintly do not see much if any difference going between both.
Thanks! Gotta get my hands on one of these sometime soon
When you say laminated screen, does it have a matte finish comparable to wacom in terms of reflectivity? I hate seeing reflections in screens just wondering abotu that
Correct, that is exactly what I mean.
Cheers, are the colors good enough that you don't have to reference another screen?
Hard to say but these are the best colors in this size not named Cintiq. Even then, it's pretty close.
Is Still worth buying this 2024? or its better than xp pen artist 13 2nd gen?
I’d say no. Unless the cost was basically a steal. I have a review on the 13 2nd gen on the channel.
Hi! did you find any jitter in slow strokes? thanks
Still need to work on a better test. The short answer is sometimes but I can't tell if it's me.
dude, this tablet packs everything I ever desired! I really hope Brad Colbow's tablet was a dull unit. because you reviewed a different device. Brad also mentioned a heat spot on the top of the tablet, is your device also affected by this issue?
Hmm, not that I noticed. To be fair, when I went back and drew so slow I was barely moving I did have some wobble so I let Huion know about it. I just don't notice it drawing or during the review. The best thing I could suggest was you try it and see if there is any impact for you.
i am defenetly going to giving it a try. at worst there's alwais amazon's retourn
did you first download the driver or first attach the tablet to your pc?
I ran the dirver with everything pluggied in (USB and HDMI)
Guys… my pressure sensitivity isnt working and my express keys too… what do I do????
Pen works and no pressure or keys? Uninstall that driver, reboot, reinstall.
hey! i'm kind of late but my eye's on this tablet recently and i'm just unsure about one thing--- how do the cables work? i use a recent macbook pro so my ports are both usb-c and have neither hdmi nor the regular usb. i've never owned a display tablet so this is fairly new, and after some research there doesn't seem to be many responses out there. seeing as you own this tablet and also respond to questions, i'm curious to know if i could somehow directly plug it with a usb-c or i would have to buy adapters to fit the 3-way cable?
You would need something to convert HDMI to USB-C and also a USB-A to USB-C converter for data. No matter what, even on the Cintiqs, you need 2 cables. One is video and one is data.
Create Now Sleep Later okay, then i can't charge my laptop while having it hooked up. thanks so much for the info!
No problem, unfortunatly, its just a sign of the times. Until TB3 gets standardized (even then AMD is an issue) then we are going to see these tablet makers struggle between functionality and ease of use. People slammed Wacom for the Cintiq Pros not having HDMI and USB-A so they had to come out with a new Wacom Link Plus. You cant really win right now until there is full adoption of a single cable solution.
Create Now Sleep Later again, thank you a lot! you've been super helpful!
Will this tablet work with blender? And 3d animation sculpting?
Yes, its EMR pen technology like Wacom.
Heaven help you if you have two monitors besides the Huion. I have the newest drivers and set everything the way I'm supposed to and the damned cursor still won't stay on one single screen when using the pen so now I have to figure out why setting in in both settings and the Huion app aren't enough to keep the cursor on the tablet.
I have two monitors. Are you telling the driver which is the primary display?
is there any news on the drivers there working on to fix the line issue? ive asked them in emails but they wont say much
I think they are having a tough time with it. Usually, Sunday night I can get them.
its a shame, this tablet has so much going for it. on Reddit i saw that the wobble might be linked to the tilt feature. have you tryed using the pen that came with the 22 pro on it?
Yeah, for me though the wobble is not an issue for me.
Can it work as an monitor extension or only in mirror mode?
Extended mode works fine. The only thing is, in the driver, you need to tell it which screen you want to use as it defaults to both screens sometimes. You want to click the dropdown and selct the Huion. THen click full area.
How long is the combined USB/Data/Power cable?
6 feet or so.
Do you have any solution for the wobble lines issue? Mine was not perform well like yours.
from what i've read, you should try contacting huion and seeing if there's new drivers out. apparently it fixes the problem, and i've heard only good things about their customer service!
@@bonegrime There will be a fix coming soon next week!!! ^^
Would you recommend buying this?
If you need a 13", yes this for the money is the best out there.
Does it feel like drawing on paper? Or is it smooth like other tablets
Its not like paper but it’s not like glass either. Check out the non-pro version which is newer ruclips.net/video/rgaqRLhct0A/видео.html
Screen recording available or not ? Bcoz I want to buy for online teaching please guide me dear its urgent
Screen recording using what? This display just like any pen display is just a monitor. Your screen recording will be done by whatever laptop or pc its attached to. Its not a computer, its just a display with a pen.
Can I use the tablet if I'm left handed? I'm worried about the power button if I turn it.
Yes, you can just switch the screen orientation. I don't think the power button would be a problem but I'm not left handed :)
Okey! Thanks for the information! ^^
I watched another "review" which told me nothing but thanks for this excellent review, I guess you "COULD" wait for Huion to take this tech to the 15.6 or 19 inch or even 22 in 2 years time but having looked at the other youtube video comments on that RUclips page - some people have had their new Huions arrive dead-on-arrival?
If Huion want to compete with Wacom, they will need to get any early teething problems sorted out.
There's a Kamvas 22 Pro, out since a couple week here for France. I heard it got this screen tech too. I'll buy it next week, hope it's as good as the 13 Pro!
Yeah although to be fair, I have been tracking all of Wacom's problems too. QC in general has not been a high point for anyone it seems. When I worked with support, they got back to me right away.
22 uses a different pen, still batteryless EMR but no tilt.
is this a stand alone unit or do you connect it to your pc?
Connects to a pc or laptop.
Hi! My apologies if this came late. My question is, is this tablet suitable for animation?
2D, 3D? Its only a display so it needs a computer or laptop so it will take as much power as you give it. Is that the question?
Create Now Sleep Later 2D only. Been looking for a cheap display tablet and want to start off small somewhere between a 13 inch to 16 inch before I upgrade into a bigger one. I was just wondering if it can handle an animation program. I've seen a lot of tablet reviews but the mention for its use in animation is not there. I just want to make sure before I can buy it
The performance of the application depends on your rig, the display doesn't care. It has a decent refresh rate so that wont be an issue. You won't find app specific comparisons on a display only tablet. Usually you will see photoshop because people are worried about line quality. THe only other thing for animation I can think of is color gamut and this has one of the best color gamut's, expecially in this price range.
"And that makes it dope" lmao
Does this have to be hooked up to a computer?
Yes it does.
How does XP pen compare to Huion stuff? If you have a laptop that only takes USB C can you just use one usb to usb c cable or do you need a dongle with a usb A and a dongle with hdmi which is a bit of a pain.
I haven't reviewed XP tablets. I've been a Bosto agent, and I have used Huion and Wacom tablets for years. My experience with XP Pen support wasn't great so that is an instant turn off for me. For cables, that one is tricky because the USB would be carrying data only and HDMI video. Are you tying to use a single dongle?
Ah so Huion is at the top of the game when it comes to Cintiq and have been in the market a long time so they're not going to be sticking around?I hoped that a single thunderbolt usb c cable would be capable of both. If I do decide to buy it i'd probably buy one of those little usb c hubs with hdmi, displayport, and usb A.
@@MadelnMachines yes, I put huion right there with Cintiq and the longevity is a part of it. My original huion non display tablet still works after years. I try not to compare directly to cintiq but this huion has an ear pen and tilt so you almost have to. It's getting harder and harder to pay 3-4 times more for Wacom.
Did you have any of the issues Brad has? ruclips.net/video/Ie2l3Xd66XI/видео.html
I'd like to see them do multi-touch and offer 4k. Then they'd be real like for like contenders.

Do you have an Amazon Affiliate link that ships to the UK?
Hi Ricky, I missed this. Do you still need it? I had to call Amazon to see how to do this.
Not to worry, i ordered it from their site, thank you very much for your help though!
How would u compare this to the recent iPad pros ?
Hard to compare. This compares more with a Cintiq since they are both emr. The iPad feels more like a better battery pen device. I like iPads for sketching but not inking. I can't stand not seeing the cursor either.
Thanks for the response. I’m torn between huion and Apple right now and want to get the best for my money
The iPad is a mobile device that doesn't require an attached computer, but doesn't run a desktop OS either (I personally find that negligible as apps offered do anything I would want to do in a small 13" form factor-rumor has it Adobe will be releasing an iOS version for Photoshop, maybe Illustrator(?), next year) and this Huion needs to be tethered to your desktop/laptop, so really depends on your needs and the degree of portability you want.
I have a huge parallaxe issue and I can't find a way to calibrate it properly. Please Help me!
Parallax on the 13"? Describe it?
@@CreateNowSleepLater there are 7 cm of distance between the pen and the cursor, the calibration button in the working area dosn't work and neither does the monitor calibration for tablet from start. I'm italian so sorry if the terminology I used is not the same. Basically I can't find a way for calibrate it and I disperate need it
I've now noticed that without the drivers this particular problem disappear but everything else obviously dosn't work like it should (pressure sensitivity ecc)
Ok, this sound like cursor offset.
Go into the driver and reset to defaults. Do not calibrate. Are you running two displays?
Pro 13 vs Pro 22, just the size, buttons at the side + price or?
13 has tilt.
is this for mac too?
Yep, they work on Mac.
Can you use this for any devices as a normal monitor like ps4?
I suppose so, it’s just hdmi. You don’t need the data connection so don’t plug the usb cable into the PS4.

@@CreateNowSleepLater oh with the tablet
The same as an other display. Windows\Mac will recognize it as an additional display. It isn't until you load the drivers that it enabled the pen features.

-Yiynova has: A 27 Inch model, a singular USB control with shortcuts, a 22 Inch model with touch screen, a very economical 20 Inch model with singular design. BUT they are only on 2048 levels of pressure and lacks with battery pens.
-Ugee: They are boring, his models are actually the same through 4 years (15.6, 19 and 22 inches are the same with 2048 levels of pressure).
-XP Pen: Is a very interesting company that makes beautyful designs like his new 22E Pro and Artist 12 models. They are badass but Huion is better.
-Parblo: The futuristic Mast 22 is a very interesting Wacom competitor but they not release yet for some reason. (Parblo have years with free battery tech an eraser like Wacom on his pens).
-Artisul: They make the better 15.6 inch model until now (I waiting for a new Kamvas 156HD with the new tech included on Kamvas Pro13) however the 22 inch Artisul sucks (is an expensive version of Yiynova's models).
-And finally Huion!
This model reveals something very very special for us! At last! His stuff becomes more like Wacom than ever and I sincerelly anxious to see more!!!
yes XP Pen is not so good but a bit cheaper than Huion and the 13,3 Model can be used mobile without extra Power
You forgot Gaomon tablets, they have pen tablets that run at 2000 pressure levels and one screen tablet that runs on these newer 8000 pressure level specs. Also the pen for the screen tablet appears to be battery-free and has the eraser feature like a wacom pen.
I have the Gaomon PD1560 bro and the pen is rechargeable :) still it´s has 8190 levels of pressure like the new models of the other brands. Is one of the best alternatives on 15.6 inches but I don´t like the horrible sticker protector they added.
What about the tilt?

Thank you :)

It has tilt, no rotation. Check out the link in the description where I tested tilt.

Rotation mean if you spinned the barrel of the pen, it would register that as well.

mmmm....a tough competitor to Wacom cintiq pro 13 I guess
Cintiq Pro 13 is $999 MSRP, same pressure, similar color gamut, same resolution and A LOT cheaper. I am really surprised how good this is and I have a Cintiq Pro 16. Thanks for viewing.
indeed
what about the texture or the stylus feel on the screen does it have that wacom feel or mimic that pencil on paper feel cuz thats one feature that is needed and makes alot of difference
how do i get the screen to work
You are going to have to be more specific, what is the issue?
the screen stays black when i turn it on
Is this new or you had it working? Do you have any other displays hooked up?
its the first time i used it
What is it connected to? Are there any other displays connected?
It's still very unclear about brush/barrel rotation. He mentions tilt but only used round brushes to demonstrate. If you use a custom brush could you rotate it with the pen like a Wacom Cintiq or would you have to manually turn it around in brush settings? That means the world to most digital painters.
Tell me or share whatever brush you want me to test with. I don't mind more testing. Did you see the other video?
@@CreateNowSleepLater I just watched it and you explained that it doesn't have rotate. Thank you for that.
Ok cool, glad I was clear in that one. I did the second one to address questions.

So I am not interested about barrel rotation but to understand it the pen tilt here take pen direction/angle into account
Just want to tell people who are interested in the tablet. There is a big offset which is a bit offputting. The screen is a bit difficult to be working with. It's better to use this tablet without the screen but then you could just as well buy one of the cheaper models. I don't recommend buying it until Huion fix the offset issue which is crucial for a tablet with a screen since otherwise there is no point in having the screen.
Offset from the pen tip?
@@CreateNowSleepLater yes. I even go the latest drivers. 4.7.69.368 from huion directly. The calibrating tool they have maked it worse. The default settings are ok in the middle of the tablet but offset on the sides. The tilt function doesnt calculate correctly or perhaps it doesnt work. Try and til the pen and you can see that the line will not show up beneath the tip but perhaps more where the hole where you insert the tip is. The stand for the tablet is useless. The tablet can't stand there without falling off.
The tablet is ok if they could fix the offset at least. Or better yet they could make the code open source and perhaps some smart people can fix their software problems for them
Do you have the firmware with the line wobble fix? I would pull those drivers, reboot and then install them clean making sure they are removed from Windows. What you are describing would be a mass problem reported. Skype HUION and take a video of it. If you look I have a video on tilt too and the cursor is not offset. The thing you describe with the calibration tool is real though, I always ran mine at default. Try after doing everything clean of not calibrating at all.
@@CreateNowSleepLater Yes I've done that. It was the first firmware I installed since I've been reading up on the tablet and some people reported that you could get a version from Huion directly which would fix the offset (which unfortunately it's not done). I've been trying to get in touch with Huion for a while now but they don't really answer me anymore. They were great at answering in the beginning but since I got the latest firmware they stopped answering me when I told them about my problems. Which version of the firmware do you use?
Whatever the line wobble fix was, how long have you had it?
parallax?
As close to none as you can get on a non battery tablet.
@@CreateNowSleepLater Have you tested a parblo coast 10? cuz It really sucks in that, I hope to improve on that with the Kamvas 13? Thanks a lot, by the way
I have not but I do not find parallax in this model. It's just as good as the Cintiq pro.
every review here is people who gets one for free in change for a good review. Actually it very faulty and can make straight lines. the wires break and the drivers crash and is a pain in the a**
I would not give a review based on getting something free. I know that goes on and is a reason I don’t review another competitor. If they broke and crashed all the time my comments section would be lit up. I did, after Brad mentioned in his review about the wobbly lines go back to Huion and test a fix. What are you having a problem with, your wires broke?
You look like the president from spaceballs
HaHa you mean Mel Brooks?
I'm honestly very hesitant towards Huion products, after having to use the usual graphic tablets like H610 Pro and K58L. Logic boards messed up constantly, causing the cursor to be noticably shaky, the drivers we're unreliable, the pressure sensitivity kept turning off in programs like Medibang, etc. Pens themselves we're absolutely horrendous as they were just insanely fragile and the nib could get stuck easily. Tried both battery powered one and the rechargable one. And it was just not worth it, had spent money on at least 5 of those feckers. I've just had the WORST experience with them and the Wacom I own now (Small Intuos Pro) just blows the Huion out of the water. I honestly didn't even care that it cost WAY more, but at that point I had already spent more money replacing tablets, pens, etc. from Huion brand, than just buying a secondhand Wacom. And oddly Huion brand at that time was highly praised and I was caught into the trap, so I am quite SUSPICIOUS to say the least when it comes to all the reviews like this. Sounds really good on paper, but how is it working in long term, and is it even a reliable product ? It's almost HALF the price of the old 13HD, there had to be something they had to comprimise on, no way.
Has anyone told you that you look a bit like Val Kilmer?
No, I do get tony stark though. I wear a shit and tie to work often with a dress vest.
Too bad it only has 4 buttons. Otherwise Id buy it.
looks at script 18:11 18:44 18:56 19:18 19:28

@@CreateNowSleepLater Jk
Dachvaz oh I get it, it looks like I’m looking at a script. My cam is a little off center. I should do scripts, maybe I could get these runtimes down, lol. Thanks for watching!
Is it touch screen?
I've been playing around with mine since Tuesday. Unfortunately, no it only reacts to inputs on screen from the pen.
It is not. It does have the touch strip though for brush size, and zoom
So it used pen to rotate he canvas?
Btw Thank you for the reply
😄
Can the screen rotate if you are left handed?
It is not.
Huion is a low quality brand. After drivers update the screen is showing No Signal and the tablet is not usable. The Amazon seller is extremely uncooperative and I'm fed up with this stupid issue that happened after just a few hours of actual usage.
Diagonal lines when drawn slowly are incredibly noisy and they are everything but straight. Huion is a brand that is very far away from good quality and customer care. Dont be fooled by the relatively good build quality at first glance. Now I'm extremely annoyed by this issue and I'm left with two bad options: buy new 3in1 cable to make sure the cable is fine, which it has to be, because I have barely touched it after installing the tablet, or sending the tablet back which will cost me another 130 USD.
I sincerely consider Huion a hollow brand with shiny outside and no substance. My connectivity issue seems to be present on many of their devices, and worst of all, across almost any recent model. If you want your tablet to suddenly lose connection to the PC. go on, buy Huion. Tested it on 5 different PC machines and one Mac. What else is there to do except wish them they go bankrupt and never bother us with their existence again!!!
What is the actual issue? Can't you roll back the drivers? Do a system restore to a point before install?
@@CreateNowSleepLater You know what happened?!? Just flipped the cable that goes into the tablet and it started working! I just updated the drivers and it required the cable to be connected 180 degrees reverse. Weird but alive! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
Still diagonal lines are very, very very very very far away from acceptable though!
Nice! For me I don't notice the lines much because I just don't draw that slow. Good to see you got it working!
