That was good does the pole just sit down in there or do you have to tighten it in the unit
It goes in and locks on its own. Push the button and it comes all the way out

Just got mine. And where I bought it from, fohg marina threw in a pole, 8.5 footer. And power pole must have listened to you cause the power cord come with a fuse now.

I think it would work in calm conditions for sure. But not strong current or waves of any kind. Hope that helps you out.

Yep, but can honestly say its a good little shallow water anchor. No issues with it at all.
Which spike to get? UL or HD?
Not sure actually just the normal 8ft one is all I remember

I agree with the price I have seen it should come with a spike at least an 8 footer . But if I`m going to pay that much money it`s going to be new not used .

Yeah we ordered the nut, it wasn't that bad man really. Power Pole has the best support in the business. They shipped it out next day for free....
