Andrew Doak Cooks - Fresh Basil Hot Ham Swiss

This is the time of year we grow some stuff. Tomatoes, peppers, squash, dill and my favorite: Basil! I add #basil to most everything, but often missed is the simple Hot Ham & Swiss #sandwich everyone loves. Add some #basil to it and it rocks! Try it out. Let me know if you like it in the comments. 10 minutes to toast bread
10 minutes to heat ham
5 minutes to melt cheese

1. Pick Fresh Basil
2. Heat cast iron skillet
3. Add ham
4. Flip ham
5. Add Basil
6. Add Swiss Cheese
7. Toast Bread
8. Smear Whip & Mustard
9. Compile sandwich
10. Slice in two
11. Enjoy
