Wow - ALWAYS something new to learn with a Skynyrd song - I play this song a bit differently, and it’s not “wrong” , but this shows that there’s some other approaches that can help embellish it further . That mix of the 3 guitars all playing slightly different ways , but within the same context- that’s what made LS so special

I play strat most of the time and humbucker on a few. We don’t split the parts based on the person playing them. We kind of gravitate to the parts we are best suited for.
