Interesting to watch you, my Father use to syringe our ears as kids and I do it, but we put warm olive oil in our ears with piece of cotton to wear overnight if we had an earache, worked everytime. This man must feel better with all that out, question, lump on right side of head, is that a lipoma? Patient was a really good sport

It looks like that gentleman has some sort of a growth right behind his right ear. Could it be a lipoma or a cyst? Please suggest that he gets it checked out sooner rather than later

Would you not consider using a vacuum and endoscope. You may see from other videos posted on RUclips this is the preferred method in the UK. We are taught excessive water in the ear is not a thing. Many thanks
