I always wanted to do a cool b house. I think I could do the house but not sure about the foundation, and what to do about plumbing, wiring for solar, collecting water….seems a bit overwhelming. And we would be doing it in another country…..maybe Colombia….Maybe Argentina….maybe Mexico….

Building cob is that safe from mite? How to deal with mite? Do you have to soak wood foundation with mite control liquid or anyting?

Wow, awesome! I would love to try building with that style of weaving a frame and basically wattle-and-daubing the entire structure! Does this style have a name I can google? Did Brice make it up himself or is this an old technique from a specific country or region?
He pretty much made it up by experimenting. I mean wattle and daub is a known technique but the way he does it with a bamboo skeleton is quite unique

Is Brice in France? Could you describe a little about the permissioning required to get the loveshacks built (which are fantastic btw). I take it its his own land, and these are not considered primary dwelling units? Tx!
