I don't think there are knock-offs of these budget headphones.
you can call me a conspiracy theorist, but it just makes more sense to me that it was intentionally "modified" by the competition that feels "threatened" by this uprising new budget brand, and then sent to you to produce the damaging / disqualifying review, and THEY nearly succeeded.
it is also a very good sign to see that the OneOdio brand owner, even though it's a Chinese budget uprising name, is proud of their product design and quality, and reacted / defended their name.
just because of that, I am going to buy a pair of OneOdio A70 Fusion for myself, just to form my own opinion about them. I do have Sony MDR-XB950BT and I'm quite happy with how they sound, but I'm curious and I have an inner voice telling me that OneOdio might sound very close to them, or who knows, comparably well? I'll find out soon, and update this comment soon (mid August 2021.

These headphones are fantastic, I've got a pair after an expensive pair I had broke. But to be honest, I prefer the warmer sound of these. I wouldn't use them for professional audio like mastering but for good quality sound that flatters all of my music when just sitting down and listening to it.

I've always had pretty cheap headphones so my bar for quality is pretty low. I saw these headphones had great reviews for budget headphones and picked them up. I've had them about a week and they are a great pair of cans. Compared to what I had before, these are really comfortable, and the sound is great. Plus I love the included 3.5mm to 6.35mm jack, it makes plugging into my interface and my keyboard much easier. Overall, great headphones and a great review. I might pick up the Pro-50 model just to test out those sweet earcups.
With the sound quality being better with the 6.5 mm jack is because of its use for instruments and DJ-ing. You would need the best quality for monitoring the audio if its for work like that. Also the 6.5 is a better quality cable than the 3.5 with the build in mic.
just ordered the pro variant of this headphones. Needed some comfy headphones that have a good sound and don't let my budget explode and this things are just up my sleeve :-D
When I buy these headphones I always have the same problem with them, a part inside the top of the headphones always breaks and its really sad because I have owned 2 pares of these headphones. Is it just me, or is anyone else having this problem?

Can you please post a side by side comparison of the fake and original one audio. I'm about to buy one but also did not as I'm afraid of being scammed myself. The price of the seem to be fake is close to one audio maybe about 5 to 10% cheaper only. Thanks.

I don't own the studio ones, but I do own the official regular ones in the blank cardboard box, i love these headphones and they are a life saver for recording and listening to music, I would completely recommend them, honestly the original ones are comfy as well. They're the best headphones out there for a VERY reasonable price.

Can confirm that the adapter-free color-matched cable with the 6.3 mm cable sounds better than the 3.5 mm one with the microphone.
I have the regular Studio and the brown and silver Studio Pro. The Pros are definitely more comfortable; the earcups just can't be beat! The Studios sound a bit brighter to my ears with slightly tighter bass. The bass on the Pros extends deeper and sounds a little fatter. The Pros are warmer, but also a touch more detailed. Both sound very good.
You missed out on a feature of these headphones, though! While your buddy was testing them, you could have plugged the cable from the second set of headphones into the free jack on his headphones and listened with him! That dual jack that eliminates the adapter also lets you daisy-chain the headphones and even listen to two different audio sources at the same time. Very cool.

Noone's addressed how they stand up re noise-cancelling though(when you don't want sound bleeding out of the earpads into mic!) -- the spec says they are actually over ear but look so small/round as to be on-ear??

Exact same thing happened to me, and first the basic pair, then i returned them, they sent another pair that were defective then sent a newer model pair that worked better.

I had a pair but returned them after a day. They are very uncomfortable as you said, so much so that it's a deal breaker. After 20 minutes or more your ears start to get very sore. The bass is ok but the mids and highs are muffled, which is not acceptable if you are keen on music. They will break relatively quickly too, they are a very weak design. It's a false economy buying this cheap. These days you can pick up Hyper X Cloud II or something similar for £40-50 if you shop around.

One Odio do lovely headphones for the money, but they need to improve the treble / mid range.
I always feel once these ranges get busy, they get lost in the One Odios. Bass is unsurpassed tho.

i didn't get these but i did buy the "OneOdio DJ Hifi" on Amazon a year or two ago ... I am wondering if i got legit ones or not now becaue they were some of the worst sounding (even worse then say $5 cheap ones in retail stores bad) ..no about of EQ'ing helped and i am while i love my audio ... some (EQed of course) of my favorite headphones are say $20 US wired Sonys .... from what i remember it was a REALLY muddy sound and alot of mids or highs (i forgot which) but not much of anything else
for around the same price (they DO miss some "thump in the base" being openbacks) the Samson SR850's sound SO MUCH better there is no real comparison

Yes I did, listening to them side to side the PRO ones are sound better, the bass frequencies are much cleaner.

Great review, but I have to disagree with your score for innovation bcuz you said it yourself, where else have you seen a headphone with 2 jacks. the brand also boasts the fact you can share music from a friends headphone by plugging your jack into their headphone. I would upgrade them to a 3.

They definitely not spent much on design, because it looks exactly the same as Audio-technica. I got an ATH-M50x, and the sound quality is superb no matter witch cable I use. I also have an aftermarket cable with microphone for gaming, and the quality is the same. So, yes Audio-technica is much more expensive, but the quality is guaranteed, and is not a cheap Chinese rip off.

The one with the microphone is for phone calls? and it's grand for that but it's too low for listening to music which is a royal pain in the ass man......................... true, there is a scientific explanation on 6.3 mm and 3.5mm. that is why most sound engineers , dj , etc.. uses 6.3mm

@@theTechNotice that goes with the electrical properties of 6.3mm ,( the impedance matching and the lower frequency response etc..) and at the same time 6.3mm is more robust and can withstand the abuse . difference between 3.5mm and 6.5mm almost minimal or almost unnoticeable for normal users. popularity with 3.5mm only comes with practicality and economics.
your 3.5mm jack maybe experiencing crosstalk, and most likely lower frequencies got trimmed out or loss than your 6.3mm.
