      Would appreciate a video on IT band syndrome. My legs feel like they’ve completed a marathon after walking or going downstairs, and pain on outside of knees when bending is eye watering !! Thank you for your interest Dr.

    OMG!! My lower back pain was literally preventing me from sleeping. I watched this and did 3 of the movements, the ones done in bed, I was in too much pain and 2 tired to get up, and my back pain disappeared... as if it was never there. I saved this because I'm gonna need it again! Now I can go to sleep... thank you 😇

      Ten years 2 prolasped disc not being able to even lie down .people are slaves they should be taught the out comes of curtIn jobs and the damage they inflict .if life long like brick and block laying and tiling any cement work some pay well but life catches up if on the tools for 35years.teach and tell people to get jobs that are body freindly.or you will feel ripped of

    I am a very active person and complete intense exercise daily. I have dealt with back pain for years. After my disc ruptured some time ago and I underwent surgery, I learned (via physical therapy) how important movements such as these are. The last 2 days have been absolutely brutal and nothing was working. I couldn't even bend at the waist without intense pain. I found this video and after the first 2 movements it was almost totally gone! Words cannot describe! I finished the video and have saved it as a reference. THANK YOU!

    Being dealing with severe lower back pains for 5 months now. Just discovered this video. So far so good the excercise was great. Will def come back should I fully recover. All in all this exercises are the best I have seen so far.

    48 years old female here, i refurbish furniture and lift heavy pieces from time too time. I know i have scoliosis, one of my shoulders is lower than the other. I never had problems until a year ago. Every part of my body seems to be having problems with pain now including my back. I tried other exercises but only these ones in this vidio made a miracle. I just finished doing them for first time today. wow!!!! The ppain i had for a week in my back went away after doing these stretches!!!

    As a therapist, I am standing or sitting for hours at a time, and do experience a fairly constant amount of low back pain.. Your video popped up in my RUclips. I just did most of your exercises minus the soup can and I cannot believe how pain-free my low back is! Thank you so very very much! Wish you were in Southern California although where you are is probably much nicer! Look forward to seeing more of your videos.

    A few days ago I sat on the floor and leaned 90 degrees back against the couch. 30 min later I had extremely sharp lower back pain. It was killing me for 3 days straight and I just tried these exercises. I couldn't even sleep at night. Being in my 50s now might have partly caused it. These exercises worked like magic! Not 100% but I'll do them everyday now. I can't thank you enough!

      Same is happening with me.. Just went hospital and took painkiller. Im not even able to sit or sleep comfortably.. Its been 3 days im suffering. Did thus exercise help you?

    I have been dealing with lots of tension which after trying to find relief in those areas (neck and shoulder), found myself waking up with severe lumbar pain. I was in so much pain and had limited mobility. Your stretches (some I have done/ others I have not like the spinal decompression and hitting different area of a stretch) have provided some relief.
    I know my whole body is tense but these exercises have allowed me to focus in on my areas causing the biggest issues. I cannot thank you enough!!! The fact that this was free and accessible has been the biggest gift today!

    for the past couple of months i wasnt able to walk, shower, or even get dressed without wanting to fall to my knees because of the pain.
    after doing a few of your exercises i got instant relief and chills over my entire body, i almost cried.

    I have barely been able to walk for the better part of a week. Hunched over and shuffling while experiencing intense pain.
    I tried these exercises yesterday and was once again standing up straight and walking with confidence with minimal pain!
    I came back to this video today to repeat the exercises.

    I overdid it a bit weeding the yard the other day and wow was I sore the next day! This video helped so much. My husband says you must be magic because we celebrate 9 years on the 16 and in all that time he's never seen anything help my back so much

    I just subscribed yesterday to see this on my dash where lower back pains have been a huge issue in my life since age 16 caused by a heavy school bag and most comfortably standing with over extended knee joints. I tried all you suggest and tho it didnt do much for me the first round I felt where the stretches hit on the body and I can tell that over time I'll greatly benefit from this. Thank you. Even physical therapy couldnt give me what you have.

    Thank you! Lower back was tightening all week due to a lot of driving a works van that doesn’t give me enough legroom. Yesterday I spent my day riding my MTB. This usually “shakes” all the knots out of my back but not this time. I’ve spent most of today wincing with a spasmy lower back. Half an hour after this video I’ve finished the exercises and the back is sorted. It still feels a little sore, fatigue from being in spasm BUT I’m moving freely again. Very effective and will be adopted into my daily stretching routine. Thank you!

    Holy crap! These stretches REALLY work! I had pain on my left lower back and hip for several days. I went thru all of the stretches it only took me 20 min! Immediately noticed a difference in how I felt! Wowza. I subscribed to your channel because I had ACDF a year ago and lumbar surgery in the mid 90’s. I saved several videos to keep me functioning and pain free. Thank you!!

    i was lying down for 2 days due to lower back pain. whenever i try to get up, there's so much pain and waist is swollen on the left side. i saw this video and follow exactly what he do & said. and WOW!!! it's like magic. it's gone. in 20mins. i can get up normal from my bed & swollen suddenly disappear. thank you so much... god bless Dr. Rowe.

    What a miracle worker you are! I was in terrible pain for over a week. My body is leaning to the left because of pain. I was also shuffling whenever I walked. I tried the stretches this morning and the pain and side lean have been significantly reduced. Thank you!!

    wow just wow... Thank you so much, it really helps my husband. He suffered pain for how many years because of his herniated disc and it attacked him very hard weeks ago to the point that he cannot walk anymore cannot get up from bed, until he find this youtube and he did it right away... wow just wow my husband is so happy and now he can walk and it's really a relief.     Thank you so much for sharing- I went to a, not so good, chiropractor that was more interested in selling me shoe inserts and putting lazer waves on my back than helping with pain. I literally could not get into my car afterwards without sliding along the edge. I went to the urgent care and they of course just gave prescriptions and sent me packing. This morning I was desperate and started looking for stretches for lower back pain and this was truly magic. Thank you so much! I have much gratitude for your you tube Videos.     I am delighted that you know about and are demonstrating 'happy baby!' I do this, a little bit differently, in the mornings. I grab the outside of each foot and pull the knees toward each side.

    I had pain in my lower back since two weeks. I did the Cobra and the pain is gone. I still feel a Bit discomfort when bending, but it doesn't really hurt. That's a huge improvement. Thank you so much for this Video!

    I had a back and leg pain as well. I didn't know how to put my right leg on bed when I slept to reduce the pain. I visited a. doctor yesterday, and she advised me to do exercise. I watched your video, and did first two movements. It really helped me. a lot and I had. a good sleep last night. I personally thank you for your videos and advise others with back pain to watch and do this movement to get advantage of it and get rid of the pain.

    I have watched yourvideos on and off for a while. I find them super useful. This week i have had terrible lower back pain. I did a couple of the exercises last night before bed. Woke up feeling about the same. I then did the tennis ball and soup can (using rolling pin) and I felt better than I have for the last 3 days. I actually feel 50% better if not more. I still feel tight, but not nearly as bad and plan on running through these stretches over the next couple of days. Thanks!

    The first 2 exercises literally provided me with instant relief. I'm 31 years old and in the gym 6 days a week. My low back has been killing me for a few weeks now, to the point where standing up from a seated position was agonizing. Thank you SO much for this outstanding video.     Simply great exercises for my lower back pain.
    I have very limited space as I live in a trailer
    but I can do these exercises in my bed.

    You are helping people who can't afford to go
    to a chiropractor, but have disabling pain like myself.
    Every morning when I rise from bed and stand up
    I can barely move due to lower back pain.
    My spine is stabilized with Harrington rods since 1994
    from a hard parachute landing. I also have both knees
    replaced and also my left shoulder, so I'm almost bionic.
    Just waiting for an entire skeletal transplant to be possible

    These tips are really helpful. I've been having lower back pains off/on for over eight months. And everything I tried didn't work. Once I started doing your exercises and stretches, I noticed a big difference in my back right away.

IN GENERAL, if someone is recovering from low back pain and doing these stretches; how many times a day would you recommend doing them? Further- is there such a thing as over doing it?     the figure 4 is a bombshell. I had a right lower back pain for months now thanks to work from home due to covid outbreak.     Thank you for this vid! Question- should the glutes/hamstrings be engaged or relaxed during cobra? I’m quite flexible but don’t want to compress lower back when coming up onto hands so just wondering what is safest for the lower back. Do we lengthen when pushing up on hands ie pulling away from lower back? Thanks for any tips :)

    Recently I've gained a little bit of weight 😞 and I am getting this sharp pain at the bottom of my spine well where my belt would sit. It's not consistent but when I do get it it hurts to move. This video seems to be helping so I just wanted to thank you for all you do!

    Great video doc, its amazing how common household items can be used to fix your back.
    I exercise a lot and often tightness from the lower back that spreads to the side muscles under rib cage. Do you recommend these stretches or your hip video stretches ?

    Is this just me? When I feel low back pain coming on, arching my back in any way at all (like in the first exercise) feels like the worst thing I could do.
    Thanks for the video. I like the other exercises.

      No because if I lay on my stomach I actually trigger instant low back pain.

    I have been in pain for about 2 months, nothing would helped, but after doing this, it felt way better. Now, I just hope the pain gets better as the days go by.
