Dr. Berg, thank you for another lovely video. I just want to thank you for another amazing item that I added to my diet: egg shells. Since I started to consume daily egg shells my nails show such a significant strength that I have never had before. I grind them and fill caps, that's the most convenient way to take them.

So I already have severe osteoporosis and last yr had two very severe wedge fractures causing kyphosis
That now makes it to painful to excersize
So will these food help to strengthen our bone
Vit D also needs to be taken with good fats so I believe taking it with advocado which is good fat is the right thing to do
I eat half an advocado most day at the same time taking my vit calci-D1000
I have had low vit d for yrs and now my bloods show normal
I don’t understand why my bones got so bad when I was having plenty of calcium?
I have had an eating disorder for a few yrs now and ate mostly cereal yogurt rice pudding
That was my daily intake yet my 3:09 calcium has always been normal so

What of cholestrol in egg
You list cheese (especially Parmesan), yet some Dr.s say just the opposite, especially for the aged ones, because of the acidity it makes. Now I am confused??

How to prepare garlic?
Cut them in pieces and soak them in lemon . Then mix them in your salad

But salmon has worms and parasites
That is why do not eat raw salmon but cooked!
