I feel like they're gonna go back to beautiful ans elegant designs really soon, because after the the Bangle era which not many people liked, came the F generation which everyone absolutely loved
(And I dont mean the Bangle era cars look bad, they look great now, to me)
Yeah, the new Neue Klasse concept looks so sleek and without any of this overstyling! The next 3er should be very similar to it

Bale was and is a head of the time, thats why his BMWs look todays as new just released. At that time he wasnt allowed mostly to finish his projects bcs of BMW’s old schooled mentality and the company board.

I can see this becoming pretty successfull. Not a car i would be interested in but still, looking at the kind of cars people drive nowadays this seems to have a spot.

I was emailed by a sales rep from BMW not too long ago, asking if I'm happy with my current car and if I would like to check out their new lineup. I kindly answered "Seeing the direction BMW has taken with their design choices and paying-subscription for basic functions, I will never buy another BMW in my life".

Deff nice up front! When you get too the boot, the bottom portion is disproportionate from the top, drawing the eye to how heavy/wide the bottom bumper is. I don’t like that. Some of BMW designs have been leaning towards the “cheap” look, as in ford fiesta/toyota looking car. Hopefully the materials are still premium
The rear, especially the tail lights, reminds me strongly to a VW T-Roc, current Mazda 3, 2012 Chevrolet Malibu and a GM Daewoo Chevrolet area compact sedan.
Well this front style suits SUV much more than 5er series. But the back styling is a mess..

I'm a Big BMW Fan, I must say I don't like the new headlamps. Same with the LCi X5
I recently traded in an F39 X2, which I think looks much better than the new X2. I think the grill on the iX2 is horrible looking, as are the taillights. BMW designers need to kick the habit of making so many complicated details, like the oversized fake grill things in the rear bumper and the stupid triangles. My M2C is in the shop so I have a courtesy X1. I've driven quite a few F48 X1, due to how often my X2 was in for repairs. The new X1 is a lot larger than the F48, too large for a small 4 banger. I don't think I would like the new X2 any more than I like the new X1.

Hopefully AC Schnitzer/Manhart/PureTurbos can save this X2, besides the 3/4 front view i love it.

When you remember, they had the E30, the E34, the E32 and some other iconic designs back in days. Now it looks like they want to compete with Renault, Citroen and Peugeot design wise... At least the front isn''t a vacuum cleaner anymore.
I hope big car influences will speak up about the bs BMW is designing especially in the lower segments. I love BMW a lot and I am not that old, I own an e46, and it's a stunning car. Nowadays, BMW looks horrendous. If it didn't have its history, no one would buy a BMW now days, its just not a BMW anymore, it's shit. I don't like to hate on things, but I can not watch BMW end like this without saying something at some point. I don't like the development of the designing over the past 5 years, I'd say, and it keeps getting worse. :/

It’s not that deep. This design is because of a more important market, Asian. Your opinion doesn’t matter if you’re not from the region they are looking to make money from.
And if you have never cared about or liked the X2 before this then your comment as a whole is irrelevant to them.

The front design looks would work if the car was a bit more wide
You gotta pay for an X6 to get that extra width
So road hogs in their crossovers and SUV's can hog the center line even more
For more wide, simply say wider.

The backlights looks like a crossover from vw t-roc and a Mazda 3. I have to get used to it 😅
I can see some good design elements in here. But then i feel like they gave the good looking car to a teenager and he went "put on big sports car things".
I like the x6/4, but the rear on this one is just weird. I think the taillights are wrong along with the spoiler.

Proper full-spec markets - like all those outside the EU - get 312 bhp, 18 more than what was quoted here, and slightly better performance to match.
It looks way better then the old one. It looks bigger, more masculine, sporty and like a smaller X6, which is very nice!

Idk if it's just me, but I think this X2 gives of this Kia/Citroën vibe... I don't really like it. Older generations look better.
The rear looks like a discount version of a Mazda..
Mercedes and Audi are better in the future car design 😢 , the front of this X2 is looking good but at the back looks a bit weird , don't forget about the interior is best.

Carro lindo, porém o preço é muito alto, e sua manutenção caríssima, por fim com a chegada das montadoras chinesas e com as opções no mercado, a BMW deveria rever seus preços no Brasil. Exemplo um Haval H6 custa custa 215 mil entendeu.

Looks like BMW is copying Fords homework . first the 4 series taking the silohouette of the mustang and now this is taking notes from mustang mach e , especially rear.
