BMW is nice but driver assistance features of Tesla are really cool and useful. The new red flash on camera render when changing lane is really good. Don't need to look at mirror anymore. Also it will be great at night for dark tinted windows. I tested ix1 and the cruise control steering and speed are not good. I don't think the cameras around the car are always active and reactive as well. Sad that BMW did not invest in the software. Just tested the M3H a few days ago and witnessed the rear and side cameras at work when waiting at red light. The car next lane was very close and the alarm went off. However there was not much room in front and the distance in front flash red as well so the car did not jump front to avoid collision. I believe that if there was room in the front the car would have jump forward to avoid imminent rear collision. In fact the car next lane was only closeby, no actually accident. But I can really appreciate the fact that you have many other virtual drivers in the car that support you. The car is worth the money.
