Funny enough, my first exposure to them was the song “no surrender” where i legit thought it was a female singer. Needless to say, i was in for quite a shock lol
You will not be disappointed in anything Yannis does. Incredible vocalist.

@@UltraCasualPenguin I'm a big fan of Dimash as well. He's out of this world. But one thing I never saw him doing in the same perfection as other singers are (gritty) rock songs.

That's how I saw them too, and they're brilliant. Yannis has energy by the bucketload, to the point where he was constantly bouncing around. The rest of them seemed to have a lot of fun too, up to and including wearing TMNT masks at one point.
I saw them about a year ago live and they're really good!

Power metal yesss. The singer Yannis did a cover of Nightwish ,Ghost Love Score .my jaw dropped, he nailed it ,not to many guys could sing that song. Definitely one to check out. 👌👍

@@MY-se1jf Nah, i think its not so much that people really think its a great cover but more that its still just impressive what the guy can do with his voice.
Its the same like Jinjer for me, even since i'm not really a fan of growling its just impressive that she can do that as a girl.
@@beldin2987 It is so darn impressive. And to me it is really cool seeing a guy have the b@11$ to cover such an iconic song by a female vocalist. There are so many songs by men that women have covered, and it is great seeing a guy pay epic work by women the same respect.

The band was formed in 2015 by guitarist Anton Kabanen. Their singer Yannis Papadopoulos is Greek. Anton makes the band's music.
Yannin has made a great cover of Nightwish's "Ghost Love Score" song (Floor's version of the song). I think when they were on the 2018 European tour as Nightwish’s support band, Yannis heard Floor sing it many times. So...
Anton was previously a guitarist in the band Battle Beast.
Maybe you would like to make a video of them? Their singer, Noora Louhimo is really good!

Battle Beast and Beast in Black always come with a slice of cheese. But I do not really mind it.
Beast in Black was formed by the former lead guitarist of Battle Beast. The last Battle Beast album he had anything to do with was Unholy Savior.

I remember the first time I saw this video. I had heard the song many times on the radio and watching the video I was like "where is the girl who sings at the beginning?" It took me a while to realize it really is the guy who is doing all the singing. He is incredible.
Sunnis has done a "Ghost Love Score" cover that is Amazing!!!! Their song "Ocean Deep" is deep sad and beautiful. It makes me cry I remember my son who died when I hear it. Ocean Deep it is.
Another band you might like is Hammerfall singing "Hectors Hymn". Just tossing that one out there k!!

The singing style is called falsetto. The Beach Boys have become world famous. You only use part of the vocal cords and, thus shortening them. You get so much higher. There is typically a jump in the octaves and the sound of the voice changes. So you don't have a smooth transition.

Modern Power Metal at it's best with a lot of symphonic spirit and an extraordinary voice! An interesting detail: The song starts and ends with a scream!
One of the guitarist created a band called Battle beast then left to start Beast in black. Notice the “Beast” theme between the two bands. Check out Battle Beast-Black Ninja.
Also both bands have songs about the manga/anime Berserk. Beast In Black has at least 3. Even their self titled song: Beast In Black is about Guts the Berserker.

I actually heard this song for the first time by a guy named Dan VASC, and his version was so EPIC, I had to find the original, which I also love. If you haven't already done so, you should do a reaction to Dan's version, and then, My Mother Told Me, his newest one, dropped 5/5/21, and then, any of his other 200+ videos. The man can flatout sing anything! You won't regret listening to him!🤘🤘🤘
