Hey folks! Tonight for tea I made this lovely slow cooker dinner! Chicken, rice & vegetables :) Such simple flavours but you could go mad and add all sorts of seasonings and flavourings to jazz it up ’til your hearts content! Everything I used will be listed below.

Serves 3-4 adults (depends on the amount of chicken you’re using)
1 Tablespoon onion granules/powder or garlic if you prefer
1 Tablespoon chicken seasoning - or seasoning of your choice
1 Cup finely diced onions
1 Cup finely diced mushrooms - I used chestnut mushrooms
1 Cup frozen peas
3-4 Chicken breasts or chicken thighs
2 Cups rice - I used easy cook long grain
1 Cup cut green beans
1 Cup frozen sweetcorn
2 Chicken stock/bullion cubes - I used OXO cubes
1 Cup finely diced carrots
Optional salt/pepper/soy sauce/garlic or any other flavourings you like
