  • In this video I have made basic protein powder all from natural sources. You also can try this at home.
    Ingredients used are:
    BADAM (100g)
    pista(25-50g)
    peanuts(100g)
    chana(gram) -100g
    walnut (akhrot)-(25-50g)
    makhana- 50g.

      Yes, can store in a fridge. Since it is dry, can use at least for a month if you refrigerate.

      Fridge me rakhe toh 1 month tak aaram se use kar sakte hain….. Bahar jaada din rakhne me kharaab ho sakta hai.

      Above 5years, you can give in small quantities!! But for kids, better consult a dietitian or a doctor! ✌🏻

    When i grind dryfruits...it will make a paste... how to be a powder?

      Roast the dry fruits a bit…. And then grind by taking small quantity. Make sure grinder doesn’t get heated. So use larger mixer jar.
      Still it wont be that dry. But when you put that makhana powder in it, it will be a bit dry and powdery. Hope it helps.

    iske andar bhot healthy fats hai.
    Protein kai sath sath kafi calories bhi milegi.
    It's not a lean protein source par thoda sa le sakte hai daily.

      1. peanut: protein 26g
      2. walnut: protein 15g
      3. almond: protein 21.2g
      4. makhana: protein 9.7g
      5. pista: protein 20.7g
      Above is tentative data as per USDA , healthifyme and other sources. Toh mixture me lagbhag in sab ka average hoga

      Jyada achha rahega if you take with warm milk. Can take with lukewarm water as well, but it does not dissolve in water nicely.

      Haan sahi kahaa…. Akele akhrot paste type ka ho jaata hai. But sabke saath me powder type ka rahega…. Thoda sa sabko garam karne se nami chala jaayega toh powder achha banega.

      In cold and dry place if you keep in a sealed glass container, it should remain fine. Otherwise khraab hone ka chance hai….. humid environment me kharaab ho jaayega.

      Thoda thoda kar ke pisiye…. And mixer garam ho jaayega toh tel chhodega. Toh thoda thandha thanda hi pisiyega. Ho jaayega.
      Waise bhi ye ekdam powder jaisa dry nahi hoga… but phir bhi kaam bhar ho jaayega.
