• Peanuts - ½ cup
• Almonds - ½ cup
• Walnuts - ¼ cup
• Pumpkin seeds - ¼ cup
• Sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
• Flax seeds - ¼ cup
• Sesame seeds - ¼ cup
• Fox nuts - ½ cup
• Oats - ½ cup
• Desiccated coconuts - 1 cup
• Soya bean - ¼ cup
• Cardamom - 3
• Dates - ½ cup
• Jaggery - 1& ½ cup

Kitni achi recipe banai hai mam aapne. I am commenting late but I have been making these ladoos for a while based on this recipe. I substitute soya with chana and because I do not always have time I just add ghee to this and spread it in thali and make bars. Also, I do not roast the nuts but just put them in pre-heated oven for 5 mins or you can microwave it too. But really thank you so much, this way because my kids dont eat dry fruits, I can sneak some dry fruits in the bar.❤

Almond 1/2 Cup
Peanuts 1/2 Cup
Akhrot 1/4 Cup
Dry Roast It.
Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 Cup
Sunflower Seeds 1/4 Cup
Flaxseeds 1/4 Cup
Makhana 1/2 Cup
Sesmee Seeds 1/4 Cup
And Roast Them
Oats 1/2 Cup Cocunt 1cup and roast both.
Soybean 1/4 Cup Roast it.
Dates 1/2 Cup Elachi 3
Gur 1/2 Cup
Grind all things
Enjoy it with Milk❤

It is for both weight loss and weight gain. When you cut off carbs and calories in your food you'll lose weight where as if you take it with more carbs you increase weight...!! Stay healthy... thats what matters.
Tip:- 1 ladoo every morning - to lose weight
2-3 ladoo's- to gain weight

Can soya be consumed like this? Is it digestable? Soya must be soaked overnight I guess.
I think soya bean should not add
Roasted soya seeds are eaten like all the other dry fruits u get in many reputed brand trail mix also like true elements. It's the soya chunks that are supposed to be soaked before eating or cooking further in curry form. Hope this helps!
