Mirage turns invisible, Sky Warp "warps", he disappears and reappears somewhere else, like Nightcrawler in the X-Men.
The voice of Bumblebee in this series was voiced by the same actor who voiced Spider-Man in the series Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, which was also a Sunbow cartoon. Frank Welker (of course) also provided voices in that series.
Scatman Cruthers voiced Jazz, he was the actor who played Dick Hallorann in the movie The Shining. He was also the voice of a popular 70's cartoon character, Hong Kong Phooey.
Cliffjumper was voiced by Casey Kasem who was a super popular radio DJ and voice actor. He was the original voice of Shaggy in Scooby Doo as well as the voice of Robin in the Superfriends cartoon.
Michael Bell who voiced Prowl, the police car that triggers your PTSD, also voiced a character on the Superfriends. He was Zan, brother of Janya who together were the Wonder Twins. Bell also voiced Duke on the G.I. Joe cartoon, another Sunbow series. Duke was the team leader in the cartoon for most of the series.
His voice is distinctive enough that when he showed up in live-action TV, it drove me crazy as kid trying to place where I knew him from. He showed up several times on Three's Company as different characters and he was in the pilot for Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Chris Latta voiced Starscream and he also voiced Cobra Commander on G.I.Joe using pretty much the same voice. He finally gets to be leader until a Cobra Emperor comes along and essentially puts him in the same place as Starscream, and Cobra Commander is not happy about it!
100% facts bro! Thanks for baking everything down so I don't have to, lol. You've by my age [just turned 50] to remember all of this. The only thing you for got to mention is that Casey Kasem got his start doing the weekly Top 10 on the radio. And he started voicing Cobra Commander 2 years before Transformers came out in '84. Some characters are just meant to voice or play certain characters e.g. PC=Prime, Mr Welker=Megatron, Devastator & others, but let me be clear about this so no one gets it twisted when I say nobody, and I mean nobody voices Megatron, & Soundwave like Frank Welker! Anyway, all the best. Us OG Transformers and G.I. Joe fans gotta stick together and teach the new generation what the deal is
The original toy line had more Autobots than Decepticons.
When they made the cartoon they took they Seeker characters and multiplied them, changing the colors, to increase their numbers.
This way they out number the heroes by a great number.
And since then the nameless Seekers have retroactively gained names like Hotlink, Bitstream, Red Wing, Nacelle, and Sun Storm.

As a toy, Optimus came as three units: cab, trailer (which could double as Autobot headquarters), and the car Roller. As it said in the tech specs, injury to one will be felt by the other two.

There are a _lot_ of animation errors in the original cartoon. The reason that Starscream's voice sounds so deep at first is because he's not the one speaking, it's Thundercracker. They either animated the wrong mouth or swapped the colors. At 7:27 for example, you'll see that they drew Thundercracker red instead of blue so it looks like there's two Starscreams in the fight.
No it isn't Thundercraker it isn't an animation error that's just meant to be one of the many seekers who juat happens to have same colours as Starscream or it could be a colour error in that case either way its not starscream or thunder as nether are correct voices you see many nameless seekers whilst on earth purple ones and I think many with same colours as skyward and thunder. This was done as otherwise the deceptioncons would be outnumber!

These videos are from the master negatives likely. Before they would have aired, they would have been checked over for mistakes, those clips sent back to be redone before broadcast. Sadly, the negatives have been found and released, but the broadcast copies don’t seem to still exist. During the second season, this process became rushed, so there were funny mistakes that made it to broadcast more often. They’re memorable to fans.

Shockwave is guardian of Cybertron, literally guarding the planet for Megatron. His function is “Military Operations Commander”. This is the primary reason Megatron left him behind while they went to follow the Autobots to earth.

Shockwave remains on Cybertron for the remainder of the series fulfilling that function all the way up ‘til Transformers The Movie where he’s technically killed by Unicron during his attack on the planet. That tower he was in (when Unicron first attacked) commanding the Decepticons to “scramble”, In the deleted scenes of The Transformers movie, Unicron hears him calling the counterattack, and crushes Decepticon headquarters with Shockwave in it.
And Shockwave has a gun that is a mini-version of himself. No one can say he didn't have a sense of humor.

2:49 Steve Blum voices Starscream in Tramsformers Earthspark. Also did so previously in Transformers Prime and Robots in Disguise (2015).
For some reason Steven Blum has been the go-to for decepticons he even voiced shockwave in the Cybertron games the remote to give me a baby

The bumbelbee movie is great! (Or at least one of the better tf movies lol). It’s actually in a separate universe to the bay movies, and Rise Of The Beasts comes directly after it.

To be honest Mr. Cullen can still do that voice even though he's older now same with frank walkers Megatron. Its just that its headed on his vocal cord's. It has more of a John Wayne vibe to it. In the movies cause he had a lot less dialogue so he made his lines sound a lot more epic in that low register baritone sound. Its all awesome
Starscream was with the deep voice until Megatron appeared, then his balls got inside out of panic 😳 the big gun he has there 😅

unlike the live action movies the motive of every show was making energon cubes. Earths power plants were a favorite destination. the autobots unexplained lost the ability to fly after these episodes. most Decepticons can fly weather a plane or not. You remember Hound was played by John Goodman in the movies. Throughout the series Star scream was always trying to take over command
the black and white autobot with white head and red 4 head is prowl and jazz is one with blue visor and black head the one that red and black with rocket launder is sideswipe the one with red visor with cassettes is soundwave

Actually, he was inspired by his brother Larry. He told Peter to be a real hero or something like that. John Wayne was not a real hero.

You should definitely watch Trandformers Prime if you want to see an actually great Transformeds show. Aside from some rough animation early on, Prime is easily the best transformers show and probably one of the best ‘shows for kids that adults will enjoy’. Highly suggest you watch the first 5 episodes as they are an arc, and then if you like what you see consider making a series. 4 or 5 other RUclipsrs have done reaction series on it and it’s on RUclips, so it seems copyright safe

Absolutely man. The first video I discovered of yours is your Transformers The Movie 86 watch. I presume that’s where you started this series? I’d say def do more of these man. It’s a great show and you may get way more context into the entire franchise by watching the 1st and 2nd seasons especially.

The original series had a lot of Animation errors. Also Beast Wars is Kind of in the same continuity as G1
Would love to see you react to more of this show. The only G1 reactions I can seem to find are of the 1986 movie. I get that's a whole ass movie, but c'mon guys. Especially since evidently all of G1 is now officially free to watch on RUclips via the Hasbro Pulse channel, there's no reason not to react to it.
