You know, I realized the other day that this first one, of all the movies, is the only one that has no songs in it. Hadn't really thought about it before, but the thought just hit me.

This is one of my favorite movies! I ironically saw very little of the cartoon though. Which is funny b/c my cousin has a family friend who worked at the studio that made the cartoon.

I mean... HERACLES isn't accurate, therefore it kinda bothers me to watch. After reading about real greek myths, the inaccuracies in... Ugh, "Hercules", is hard to watch. Admittably, Hades is awesome, but that's about it...

I’m one of those people who really loved this movie, 9/10. And by watching this review I think I figured out some of the flaws it has. It’s like what Doug said, maybe if Titan abducted Megamind, and Roxane hears about that and goes to Minion to get his help, and when Titan throws Megamind into the air Metro Man comes back at the last minute and stops Titan. I feel like this movie would at least be a 9.5/10 if it did that.

It really is funny the movies that are super nostalgic to you make you defend them so hard. I felt the same way when Doug reviewed the PaigeMaster. I dont know why, but i loved that movie as a child. The Hyde reveal scene always scared the ever-loving shit out of me and i always thought it was a real funny movie.

In my opinion a bugs life is ok I mean I like toy story better but I would say a bugs life is better then antz because that movie was so weird as a kid, also I miss pixar doing these bloopers at the end of their movies I know why they don't do it anymore because it's too expensive to animated them but come on some of those were funny but ah well.

this so called Superhero movie feels like an insult to Superhero movies in general and it's a rip off to Tobey Maguire Spider-Man movies and as well as X-Men and Fantastic Four movies

Apparently the script began life as Scary Movie 4, but got turned into its own film after the producers realised they weren't actually spoofing any horror flicks. Additionally, the original premise was to have featured a team of superheroes instead of just Dragonfly (making it a parody of Fantastic Four).

If you get the chance, @That Sexy Nerd Reacts, you should check out Craig Mazin's superhero film, The Specials. It came out one year after Mystery Men, was produced by James Gunn, had a great cast, and I find it underrated.
