I couldn't help but giggle during the movie when Harry told every single child that they were going with the best diver in the world. That's such an aussie way to try make everyone comfortable 🥰
Awesome movie. Even though I already knew how it turned out, I was on the edge of my seat the whole way through.
Me too!! I kept thinking "there is no way they will be able to get everyone out" even though I knew how it would end.

Watched this last night and loved it. Very, very good movie. One of the many things I liked about it was they honored the countless number of people who worked around the clock to pump water out of the cave and the village who sacrificed their crops so there was someplace to divert the water.
Thankfully, Those villagers were fully compensated and then some for the crops they lost.
And this is actually a true story iz happend ib 2018
NY AUTOCORRECT MAN
My*
@@unropednope4644Actually, they were offered compensation but refused to take it because all they cared about was helping to rescue the boys.
Such an Adrenaline rush! Hats off to the real divers!🙌
Rest in peace to the two soldiers that died for the rescue .
Lots more soldiers died in the last TV show I watched, but they appeared as actors in the next movie. Wonder how that can be?
@@tjmmcd1Wtf dude, these ones died irl.
@@tjmmcd1 Are you seriously unaware that this is based on a real event? It happened only 5 years ago!
@tjmmcd1 very ignorant, you realise this was based on a true story yeah? One of the heros died during the rescue efforts and another a year later from an infection contracted from the caves
One of the boys has died, too. I think it was Dom the captain
Breathtaking movie.
One of the best rescue in the world ever imagine muddy water, narrow passage,5-6kilometer of journey under dark water how it is possible?its miracle
We cant even swim better in clear water they swim, run and saviour of 13 lives incredible🥵❤
💕💕 It's scary, like I haven't seen the movie at all. It's like watching a documentary, very well filmed. This movie must be nominated for an Oscar. 💋💋
💨💨
A True story that made history.
Thank you all that participated in this rescue mission.
Watched this movie 2x already and now time for binge watching all the BTS and interviews! Incredible story and excellent movie
That was a brilliant idea, anesthetize them and tie them like a pork roast (sorry) and tote them out...as it is far too hard to "train" the panic out of people.
Thank Rick Stanton for that idea. He's the one guy who figured it out.
Hog tie *
I can attest to this as my therapist has been trying hard to train the Gut-Punching Anxiey for 30 years so Totally Agree with what OP wrote
As I was first hearing about this story even I was like why don't they teach them how to dive. Once I saw the complex system of the cave and how it would make pretty much anyone panic in that situation. Sedated them was really the best idea.
"teaching" them how to dive was an unrealistic option dude, playing diving-lessons in one of the longest caves in thailand with kilometres of distance and complex pathways especially when theyre just teen boys with 0 experience or the mentality for it, like if the world class divers were struggling what makes u think they would be able to
Best Best Best True Life Story Yet!!! Heartwarming Brilliant Tragic Spiritual Heart Stopping Prime Movie Now
Great movie. Been watching it on a loop. Would say it is the best movie version of the actual rescue I have seen.
I knew the kids were drugged but the zip tie's on hands and feet was a new detail for me. It makes so much sense. Something that always blew my mind is how the Dr was an anesthesiologist and one of the 10 best cave divers in the world. We were praying for these kids across the entire world and thats how i know god listens to our prayers.
Bro I love this movie and I feel like the first boy was scared as hell but didn’t show it
Yes. The poor child didn’t know what to except but he seriously wanted to get out of there.
What the heck what the divers did salute to themthey are amazing amazing no words to their bravery how they risked their life hats off to them
I went scooba diving for the first time when I was 32. I was in shallow water (10m or less) with good visibility and mostly gentle currents. I can tell you that I had a hard enough time maintaining calm in my dive. Let alone being underground, in near zero visibility, with the knowledge that this was my only way out and that I may not survive the journey. If it was a choice between sedation with a 50/50 chance of surviving the dive out or a slow suffocation, in gradually worsening environmental conditions with the uncertainty of something going wrong and potentially dying anyway. Then I would have chosen to end the torture of being trapped. I would have chosen to be sedated and being dived out. At least then the outcome would occur faster.
Being trapped and not knowing if anyone was going to find you or be able to get you out would have been mental torture. It likely would have broken a vast majority of adults. I respect the resilience of those kids. I hope they did not suffer long lasting trauma from their experience.
The experienced cave divers said they would not have chosen to dive in those conditions if they had, had a choice. And from everything I've read and watched since has made me believe they came to the decision to dive them out reluctantly and because all other options proved too risky to chance.
3:35 The music is to the best of his breathing. That’s a really neat detail.
ขอบคุณ...น้ำตาใหล...
I salute to all Divers , I still really amaze and I appreciate your sacrifices to rescue them
I’ve watched so many videos on this cave rescue. The amount of sacrifice by everyone from diverting water on top of the mountain and from inside the mountain. The sacrifice of crops. I’m glad the movie spoke about this. Really great movie.
i just watched the movie and it is sick and breathtaking
Even making documents movie is tensed 😢
This is truly hero movement from both side 🥺🙌
I love when humanity shows it's true colors on a global scale. RIP to the boy who lost his life just recently in the UK. They still don't know why.
Excited for this! Well done 👍
Really enjoyed it.
This movie is incredible...im so so glad they chose to do actual diving...
I love how we as humans put so much effort into saving the lives of others. And it shocks me how we take it away so cruelly with war. Like what Putin is doing in Ukraine. To children. To humans. Slava Ukraini.
THOSE DIVERSITY ARE MAGNIFICENT AND SHOULD HAVE HAD ALOT MORE CREDIT THAN THEY GOT
I'll arest but I can't stop watch it.
That guy who played Mikko Paasi was great..
😂😂 he was in it for about a second in the background
All the media reported at the time was that "the boys are sedated". i can now understand the situation, and the reason why the media reported it in that way. it was too dangerous and too frightening to broadcast the strategy. It would seem that there would have been a 50% chance of success, because the strategy had the worst risk of the face mask falling into the water.
What a crazy but brilliant idea…it was worth a shot, even if there was casualties…very difficult decision but they trusted experts…
I didn't expect the anesthesia part at all.
Love this movie
Unbelievable God is so good 👍 🙏🏻😍
absolutely incredible
One of the kids goes to my school
Oooh
How is he doing hope he is well xx
Better not be me is it?🤫
One of the actors or one of the kids that were in the cave irl?
@@neonlights3739 the actor
Amazing
what is the title of the movie please?
The movie is called Thirteen Lives, it is available to stream on Prime Video!
Wow
So the only other option was to have the boys dive out of there while conscious & the risk for that would be them panicking right in the middle?
Great Movie ever
What the movie called
หายใจได้ปกติ..วาล์วอากากาศเปิดตลอด.ความเครียดไม่มี.ลอยน้ำไปเฉยๆ..ความเสี่ยงคือหน้ากากห้ามรั่ว

How did they end up there?
One day after football practice the coach and the team decided to go to tham luang cave, they went further and further but it started to rain and it flooded
I am telling. I would be last cause I would be the one crying and panicking from the moment I knew they arrived and I had to go back through those water filled tunnels. Non of that football talk would work on me. My anxiety is so high, from jsut the pill.. And they knocked him out too. Omg... I busted a sweat. Some real scary scary stuff right there.

Are you copying thai cave rescue?
It's a film about the Thai cave rescue
Despite not being very detailed and a bit stale but it managed to keep me on edge.

The boy should be facing up. Oops
No, they came out face down so the water pressure kept the masks secure. Also if the mask leaked slightly gravity would pool the fluid away from their faces
@@archiemustachie3693 if the mask leaked all the air would go out. But if face up the air bubble would stay.
@@emiljavier6163 no, face down water pressure pushes the mask against the face, rather than pulling it away as it would face up. Another reason for the face down exit is the fact they were fully anaesthetised during the exit. Should an unconscious person vomit whilst on their back they will choke, whereas face down, anything expelled from the body is ejected away from the airways. They explained the reasons for a face down retrieval extensively at the time
White saviours again saving other country people
Please tell me you’re joking
They went to help because they were good people. Their colour had nothing to do with it.
The Netflix series was better and more believable too... Sorry Viggo, Colin and Joel, but none of you look like the people you're supposed to be playing...
Flat, disjointed editing, whitewashing the Thai people, the Thai navy seals like they were just props. Sorry but this is quite a sad piece of work despite the expensive technical stage set up. The netflix series is much much better in terms of story line, pace, and editing.
This is a movie not series 🤡
@@daveblue3733 i know that, hence i wasn't comparing the depth of details. Still, the entire movie, even as a mere entertainment piece to focus on white characters as the world's hero, was flat. At least have some decent dialogues.
i know how your feelings but let's be honest...are 2 British professional cave divers who first found the location of the children and then Dr Richard Harris from Australia who is also a rescue diver who used anesthesia to get the children out of the cave safely. so what's wrong with that fact ?
@@angingunung1673 no one is displacing facts. Hurray to them finding the boys. But how did they find their way in if the local military hasnt had placed lines in? It was a collective effort, i hope you noticed this movie did attempt to make the thai rescuers looked like some untrained and wild villagers.
@@rider_of_rohan15 the two English divers were the ones that located the kids and placed the furthest guidelines. The Thai divers only placed lines to about halfway.
There was a drama about how the boys got trapped on Netflix but you know what I'm going to follow with this one cuz this tells the story about how the boys got trapped how did they survive and it's such an amazing story I like how the story goes a lot of people went to Thailand to go help the boys I would have helped the boys too well I don't know how to die but I mean like I would try to help if I can I am very thankful that the boys made it out alive thanks to their coach
