    This is an awesome video! I saved it to my Health playlist. Today I’m dealing with these anxious sensations, and I’m actually starting to enjoy them! Wow! That’s a big deal for me. Thank you for helping me to heal.

    Hey Jim, this was simply awesome. I’ve been doing a “presencing”/awareness practice daily since February so I was able to move into this really fast. Very empowering to see this as us creating or influencing the flow state. Much thanks. I will return to this to include as part of a daily practice.

    Even tho I’m no stranger to going inside and looking at feelings, every time I even consider it I can feel the intensity of pain and dread. And I’ve dug up lots of stuff over the years with therapy. It seems so endless.

    Just found your channel two weeks ago and it’s really helpful. I’m currently going through a very traumatic grief period and ALL symptoms manifest in my chest and heart area. This has been the case for me for years resulting in massive health anxiety about my heart health - I’m doing all I can to tend to it with these practices

    Thank you so much Jim, this is wonderful. Did you demonitize your channel? If so, don't do that, you deserve some revenue for all this precious content you provide freely for us (even if it's not as much as you should get for such a great content). I feel guilty because a while ago I asked if you could restrict the ads of a somatic tracking to the beginning of the video and now I see no more ads at all in your channel. I had just encountered your channel back then, it was around one month ago. Now I was already planning to sign RUclips to try to download your somatic tracking and after cancel my subscription. Or you could sell it yourself, but I don't know how. You provided such a great impact in my life with your content. I can't thank you enough. Greetings from Brazil.

      Thank you so much. I wanted to turn that off, as I did not choose to have it turned on in the first place. Ironically, a guy from who works at RUclips reached out to me since he was looking at my channel for himself and helped me do that!!

      @@thepainpt Maybe you could monetize and in the somatic trackings restrict the ads to the beginning/end of the videos, many meditation channels do that, like this it doesn't interfere in the appreciation of the videos at all, just an idea... Whatever you decide I will keep watching your content that is of enormous value 🙏🙏🙏

    What if i allow my feeling such as frustration or fear and they don't go away? I can have the feelings all day. I know that's not good to have the feeling all day. Yet i know i shouldn't resist them. I've heard a lot of the mind body stuff about allowing the feelings to pass. I would love for them to pass but they just dont. So then i start resisting.

      Hi Dawn, in this case, move into the resistance more, move towards it with curiosity - I notice I’m feeling resistance, and you can even laugh about it! Remember we want to bring in lightness. The old saying what we resist persists holds true so resisting the frustration and fear by telling yourself they should be gone by now is likely covertly causing them to persist.

    Hi! How is your program different than Nicole Sachs? I have had burning mouth since Covid and thought it’s just Covid but now I’m wondering if it’s TMS. I need help. To add, before getting Covid I was going through a very difficult time (still am). I would love more info on what extra you do or what differently you do? I am trying the journal speak and meditation but I feel I might more possibly

      The difference from Nicole Sachs is that instead of doing journal speak we focus a lot on letting the body speak. Which is tapping into the feelngs, a.k.a. symptoms in the body and letting them express themselves somatically. Also go over other strategies and ways to work on reducing the amount of stress you produce into your own system. Also working on overcoming and facing fear to move forward with your life

      I do Nicole Sachs Journaling and Jim's videos are another modality that really help. Dan Buglio's videos also provide essential reminders and encouragement. ❤ so grateful

      What if the strong emotions you feel are becasue of the symptoms itself. I did this exercise and just felt grief and tears.

    What if you are immobilised and shutdown, I feel invisible like no body and there is no flow. There is a sence this is so uncomfortable and i need co regulation instead

    These are just words, and not doing anything, you are projectling your mind quality to others, at least i tried hard, but nothing feel nothing changed
