Hi Priyanka, Traps has three parts, upper, middle and lower. I usually train upper traps with shoulder (Shrugs, upright row etc.) because they are anyway being warmed up during shoulder workouts so it makes sense to train them with shoulder and in most of the back workouts your middle and lower traps are used [bent over row (middle), t-bar (middle), cable face pull (middle, lower) etc.] so we don’t need to train them separately. Does that make sense?

For lat pull down your grip is incorrect. Gripping wide will compromise your range of motion and moreover it will come on our deltoid muscles rather than latismus dorsie. Neutral grip or narrow grip will give you better range of motion to activate your lat muscles 😊
my current routine(3 days a week full body) Biceps Incline curls+preacher curls+hammer curls Triceps Pushdown+incline triceps extension shoulder cable lateral extension+bent row+cable pull Back Lat pull+bent row Chest one variant per day(lateral,incline etc) deadlift,squats,calf raises and shrugs and 20 min spinbike cardio can I continue this routine if any changes required plz suggest sir
Hi Bhanu, you are not hitting all the muscles groups in this routine. Please check my workouts routines or wait for this series to get over. You can add many other important workouts for better results.

Hello Khalid, Resistance band se aap bilkul transformation kar sakte hai lekin kitana samay lagega wo aapki diet, rest aur workout ki consistency pe depend karta hai.. agar aap healthy nutritious high protein diet lete hai, apne workout me regular rehte hai aur proper rest lete hai to aapko 12-15 weeks me changes dikhne lagenge.

Yes, arching & leaning back a little bit help in increasing the range of motion.
But in case of resistance band lat pull down you may not need it as it does give you enough room to pull all the way down.

Whats the right time to change the anchor i believe it can get very dangerous if weares out
It depends on the quality of the band. I'm using it for last 2-3 years. Don't see much different. But it is always better to check it before each use.
