Yes, absolutely. Keep yourself consistent in weight training, eat high protein & healthy meals and take 7-8 hours sleep regularly then you can certainly do it. 👍

I planned to follow your 12 week excesize and for that I ordered registance band from amazone and took my picture from front and side and started.. after warming up as I started chest press, in third set hooks came out from one resistance band.. then I replaced with another and started shoulder press and in just second set again hooks came out.. I ordered for exchange becoz Return not alligible.. Please suggest me the good quality registance band or by which you are performing..

1. Yes, you can 2. Perform this entire series week wise (check the playlist) 3. 4 levels for each stage (Beginner-4, Int- 4, Adv -4) 4. Those are for specific muscle groups if you want to train them according to your workout schedule. Otherwise, you can follow this series to follow a workout routine. 5. If you are a beginner you need more time to recover and you will see results only when you give time to your muscles to recover.

Yes, you can but make sure you are not overtraining. Listen to you body and work accordingly.

While doing shoulder press I noticed that instead of shoulders I get much more pain and fatigue in the neck and upper back near neck. Is this normal or am I doing it wrong.
Its not normal.. keep your neck neutral and back straight and your arms slightly in the front not parallel to your shoulders and then try.

Yes, you can but you may not be able to increase resistance much. Its always better to train with multiple bands for more intense workout.
