- It's been a few years since our last video and lots has changed at Beinspired! 🌙
For Emma, yoga is about freedom and this underlies her teachings. Her teachings have been influenced in recent years by the Scaravelli-inspired approach to practice, which is working with the body, not against it, in a mindful, loving and compassionate way. In the moments of stillness, the soul reveals more itself 🕯
The emphasis is on freeing the spine and releasing stuck energy, which ultimately frees the mind. In this way we can link with a deeper aspect of self, beyond our many conditionings and unhelpful patterns. Over time our lives begin to change in ways we never previously imagined as we realise more of our potential. Essentially we come to know ourselves on a deep level, which positively shifts our perspective and understanding of all of life, improving the quality of our relationships, especially with our Self 🦋
Ultimately this is a Tantric approach to practice, free of dogma and limitation.
Tantra means to expand and liberate. It helps to free us from our self-imposed and worldly limitations, expanding our mindfulness and creating a deeper connection with the universe ✨
This approach to yoga practice is ancient, weaving together asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudra (hand gestures), yantra (visualisations) and mantra (sound)
By its very nature it helps to also deepen our connection with our inner self so that there is more ease in our life, more flow, more creative potential, more goodness and more energy - more freedom then 🌀
